"Once upon a time Metalbeak was actually good along with his mate, they had an owlet named Phoenix. They cared for her very deeply and loved her with all of their hearts. But they found her missing after a hunting trip when she was only a few days old. They asked the guardians for help but they said that she most likely fell and was killed by a raccoon. When Metalbeak and his mate heard they were infuriated and declared war on the guardians which lead to Metalbeak to being scarred for the rest of his life. But they never gave up on her. Now legend has it that she is a rare owl, called a Fire Elemental owl." Soren's and Kludd's father , Noctus, told us three.
But Kludd just had to ruin the moment.
"That doesn't mean this 'Phoenix' is real or the Guardians or Metalbeak right Da?" Kludd questioned snootily.
"Yes Kludd but that doesn't prove they are real or fake" his Da said soothingly, not taking a side.
"See Kludd me and Scarlett could be right about the Guardians." Soren said in a defensive manner.
"Yeah Kludd, what Soren said" I said, like a copy-cat.
"Well your probably wrong because legends aren't real" said Kludd defiantly.
"Stop arguing you three, now go to sleep." Said Soren and Kludd's mother in a soft, demanding tone.
"Yes mom, good light." said Soren and Kludd upset.
"Yes Marella, good light." I said.
And that was the beginning of Kludd and Scarlett's Tale.
