Chap.1 Missing

Scarlett's P.O.V.
                         I was watching Soren and Eglantine play
"The Battle of The Ice Claws" when Soren announced he was the Guardian King while Eglantine was Metalbeak.
" Soren you said I could be the King next time the last time we played." Eglantine whined to Soren.
" Yeah but-" Soren started ready to defend himself, right as he accidentally broke her leaf made beak , which she had on so that she could play as Metalbeak,
"Mom, Da! Soren broke my beak." Eglantine cried out to her parents.
But then Kludd just had to bust their bubble of happiness.
"It's not even a real beak and the stories aren't real either." Kludd said grudgingly.
" Kludd don't be so mean to Soren everyone can have their own beliefs. Like how some owls believe snakes shouldn't be eaten while some believe they should be eaten." I said, upset he was going on about this again.
"Yes Scarlett I know but I think he should grow up already and not encourage the story to others, like Eglantine, you, or other owlets. Because it gives them a false hope." Kludd voiced his concern to me.
"And what would those false hopes be Kludd?" I asked amused.
"For some Owlets-" Kludd said staring at Soren and Eglantine " -to believe they can become guardians and for you to hope your parents will come back to get you." Kludd said seriously.
Really Kludd you went there. You of all should know how I feel about that kind of subject. I thought, hurt he would bring that up and infuriated that he thought they wouldn't come.
" Seriously Kludd I didn't think you would stoop that low! Your a pile of racdrops! I hate you! You know that's a sensitive topic for me!" I screeched at him as tears fell from my eyes.
Kludd looked shocked and looked like he was about to say something when I turned around and went to my part of the hollow and went to take a nap.
I was woken up by Marella,
" Scarlett it's time for you, Kludd, and Soren to start branching." she said gently.
I thanked her and went over to Soren who was about to go out and start branching like Kludd had.
" You coming or are you just gonna spectate?" I asked him "Yes I'm coming, and what does spectate mean?" Soren asked confused.
"Okay  then let's go, and spectate means you watch instead of joining in." I replied with for his question while we walked over to Kludd and Noctus.
" Hi Noctus, Hi Kludd." I said walking over to stand next to Kludd
" Sorry Kludd for earlier. I didn't really mean it will you forgive me?" I asked nuzzling him with my beak on the neck softly.
" Alright and I'm sorry also because I hurt your feelings, I didn't mean it to come out like that. I was just upset that you guys still believe in The Guardians." Kludd said sorrowful.
  "It's okay you didn't mean it. Now let's start branching." I said excitedly. We then started branching.
Kludd's P.O.V.
(Back to when Scarlett and Kludd were fighting)
Once I said it I regretted it. Scarlett's face turned from amusement to hurt to rage. I wish I didn't say that. I thought sadly, after Scarlett said she hated me. I tried to say sorry but she turned around and went to her part of the hollow and seemed to fall asleep. The fact Scarlett said she hated me made me angry at myself, and was the only thing that plagued my thoughts. Da soon said to Soren and I that we were to start branching now. I watched Mom wake Scarlett up from her nap. I looked away as she and Soren started a quick conversation only to quickly look at Scarlett again as she came over. Soon after we said sorry to each other we started branching.
Narrator's P.O.V.
When Kludd and Scarlett started branching Kludd thought Scarlett looked like a blazing Phoenix, and Soren soon joined them. Kludd was also upset when his father praised Soren and Scarlett, although Kludd thought Scarlett deserved it, they then finished branching for that day because Noctus and Marella going hunting.
Scarlett's P.O.V.
I'm happy I did a good job at branching, but whew it takes up a lot of energy I thought as I went over to Eglantine to see she was asleep. When I saw this I laid against her to sleep, while putting my wing around her to keep her warm.
Kludd's P.O.V.
Scarlett is so beautiful. She's also really nice and kind to take care of Eglantine. Was my thoughts but I shook my head and challenged Soren. We ended up falling out of the hallow.
Scarlett's P.O.V.
I woke up to the beating of wings flying away so I looked up and couldn't find Soren or Kludd. Where are they? I thought worriedly. Their parents weren't coming for awhile so I'd just have to wait to tell them when they come back and take care of Eglantine for the time being and hope Kludd and Soren are okay. Please stay safe. Kludd. Soren.
