At exactly 8 pm, I was in front of Martha's house (since Caitlin lives there), waiting for Caitlin to come out. I called Martha and asked her about the address and her house was only five minutes drive from mine.

Then, I remembered she wouldn't know where my car is gonna be, so I picked myself and walked to her house. I knocked on the front door and soon I heard a respond, Martha's voice saying, "Coming!"

I don't know why I felt like it was a date, but unfortunately it wasn't.

The door was opened by Martha, as she smiled widely when she saw me and pulled me into a warm hug. "Harry, you are here. I'm gonna call Caitlin to come down now."

"That would be lovely." I smiled.

Martha marched to Caitlin's room, or the room she was staying in. Anyway, Martha showed up with Caitlin on her arm. She was helping her walk down the stairs, but I heard Caitlin whispering, "Grandma, I can do this."

I didn't understand what she meant when she said that, but I soon knew she was referring to walking down on the stairs by herself. I, myself got scared, what if she stumbled? What if she fell?

However, she did perfect, until she reached the last stair and stumbled. I quickly reached out for her and caught her firmly. "I'm so sorry." She spoke, with shaky voice.

"That's okay, really. You are perfectly fine, that's all the matters." I assured her.

"I thought that was the last stair but it turned out to be not." She nervously laughed.

"You will get used to it, dear." Her grandma said softly. "Yeah, I know." Caitlin sighed.

"Are you ready to go?" I asked and she nodded with a small smile.

"Have fun, Cait. And Harry, please take care of her, I trust you." Martha said. "Of course! No need to be worried, I will return her back safely." And after that we left.

I felt Caitlin's hand wrapped around my arm and she blushed before speaking' "I'm sorry, but I'm still not used to walk here, so I kinda need some help."

My heart raced.

"Sure, sure. I don't mind it at all."

"Thank you." She sweetly said.

"Anytime, beautiful."

I helped her to hop into my car and made sure she was comfortable. I began to drive and then it hit me. I didn't tell her how beautiful she looked.

"Uh, You look really beautiful, I'm sorry I didn't tell you once I saw you, but I think I didn't get the chance to." I chuckled nervously.

Why am I even nervous?

"Thank you, and I bet you look handsome as well."

But you don't even know how I look.

"I know you might be thinking that I can't see you, but trust me I can." She spoke and chills ran down my spine.

"How?"

"I'm gonna do something when we arrive to your house, okay?" She asked. "Yeah sure." I replied.

She was wearing a grey dress, with black sandals and wearing only lipstick, her eyes were covered with her sunglasses she usually wears. (Picture attached)

"We are here." I announced turning off the ignition.

"Wait." Caitlin said and I froze in my seat.
