Chapter 1

"BURN THE WITCH"
I as a small child screamed and cried as my mother was hoisted on a stake, my traitor father held me back pulling me to his chest saying he had to.

Some of the lords watched my mother scream in agony as she was burnt by flames.

I was dragged into a hut.
All night I lay there sniffling, my mothers screams echoing through my head.

Now its 12 years later.

Archer POV

I continued picking vegetables as some of the other villages boys passed.

"Hey"

I looked up a boy taller than me stood leaning against the fence.
I wiped the sweat of my forehead.

"Hi"

I then continued picking veggies, I felt his stare on my back.
I sighed and dropped the potato in the basket.
I then wiped my hands on my pants.
"What" I snapped.

He was leaning on one hand watching me.

"How come I haven't seen you with the other boys"

"Probaly-"

"Boy get your ass a'workin"

I glared and got back to work.

He watched me all evening until I was done.

I was walking back inside when he grabbed my wrist.

I looked at him

"Your beautiful" he muttered

I felt my eyes widen but then glare and yanked my wrist out of his grip.

"Go find some girl to swoon with your words"

I went in the back and began washing the vegetables.

"No I'm serious"

"Ah-huh? 1 I dont know you
2 you dont know me
& 3 I am NOT A GIRL"!!

I grabbed a knife and began chopping the vegetables.

I went to fast and nicked my finger.

"Damnit" I muttered and sucked on it till the blood disappeared.
I began cutting again muttering to myself.

I felt arms encircle my waist.

I dug my heel in his foot

"I will cut you"

"It's worth the risk"

He put his nose in the crook of my neck and inhaled.

I sliced his arm and he cradled it.

I sighed and grabbed his wrist and dragged him into my small house.

"Oh? Submitting so early"?

I growled.

Miki, my wolf dog growled

"Down boy" he followed us into the house.

I pushed the guy in a chair.

"Whats your name"?

"Lupe"

I nodded and wrung out the rag.
I began cleaning up his bleeding arm.

"And you"?

"Hmmm"?

"Your name"?

"Oh Archer"

He jumped up

"Oh um- I uh gotta go" and he ran out of the house.
I sighed and went back to my veggies.

I took the ones for delivery and out them in my bag.

I began walking down the dirt road.

By dark I only had 1 person left.

I felt like I was being watched or followed but no one was there.

Right infront of the last house where the Ms. Wilson was waiting she smiled and took them and before I left she said

"Im sorry" I just smiled

"For what"?

Her smile faltered

And she looked away.
The words I would've said were trapped in my throat as a piercing pain went through my chest.
My hands trembled as I looked down to see a arrow embeded in my chest and it went out the other side.

"W-why"?

And I fell.

Lupe POV
He was beautiful, golden locks and sky blue and grass green eyes.

The stars, sky, and land.

Sadly he was the witch's child and I could not be with him.

After meanly leaving him I walked into town.

The mayor and sheriff stood in the middle of a crowd of people along with a all in black figure.

"Today!!! We will rid this town of its plague, the witchs son still thrives in this town and we will end it!!!"

"We need volunteers to hide him in"

The old lady, Ms. Wilson I think raised her hand.

"He delivers me vegetables at dark I'm his last one"

"Very well you will be rewarded severely for this"

Shock flashed through my face but I made no move to stop them knowing they were already knee deep in their madness and the greeds of hell were still beckoning them in.

I ran back to warn Archer.

I saw the sun going down and sped up.

At his house he was gone, his vicious mean dog was laying there but jumped up and followed me as I searched for him.

Damnit no no no

I froze as I finally saw Archer saying something to Ms Wilson
"-" I started but my words never got through as a arrow pierced him through.

And he fell.

I began running but felt a agonizing pain in my chest.

A arrow.
I fell to my knees and laughed tears fell down my face.
I didn't think I'd go this soon.

I ripped the arrow out and two more were embeded in my chest I kept continued towards Archer until one went straight through me.
I fell next to Archers body.

I thought of this while reading Goldilocks And The Three Bears to my boogers Ashlyn & Fancy.

Pluz I changed up the plot a bit :) ughh yy is the way 2 SC soooo long lol
