Victor is Wolverine's older brother. Victor has claws in his fingers that he sharpens to let him cut into things easier. Victor is not always the happiest person. And Victor is always jealous of Wolverine for having a antimantium Skelton. Because Victor can't heal himself fast as Wolverine could.
