" Stephanie wait up ! " I heard Charlie call from behind . I skidded to a halt and turned to face my best friend . Charlie came to a stop when he reached me , " You're pretty fast ! " He panted as he pulled out his cap . Charlie is really sweet , he has this beautiful green eyes and floppy blonde hair . his a foot taller than me and he has this cute skinny frame which I've seen girls whispering about and blushing when he looks at them but the bad news it that

He's gay !

Charlie doesn't notice those flirty looks the girls give him . he just gives a cool grin and turns his attention to Javid , the school's jock . sadly Javid shares no same feelings for Charlie so he's still single . we're best friends though and he finds that more than enough .

We continued making our way towards school . Charlie pulled his cap more down , covering his eyes so that only his long eyelashes stood out . "finished your home work ? " I asked Charlie as I slung my back pack over my shoulder . Charlie nodded as he ran up the steps and pushed open the door , "After you my lady , " he said in a funny voice and I pulled his cap down even more lower . "hey ! " He protested and the next thing he had me cuddled in his arms as he lifted me up . " Hey put me down idiot !" I screamed and Charlie dropped me to the ground like a rag doll and I landed on my butt . "ouch ! " I winced as I got up and looked at Charlie who was staring back at me , there was this look in his eyes but just as it came it disappeared .

"Oh look at the two love birds ! " I heard a familiar voice call from behind. I turned to see Logan walk towards us followed by his mates and Aubrey and her click . I rolled my eyes and so did Charlie . Aubrey and Logan came and stood in front of us , they reminded me of a sick love couple . Aubrey had those perfect blonde colored hair which fell down in curls . her violet colored eyes stood out and she wore this pink skirt and a pink crop top , she even had pink heels to match . I groaned as Aubrey walked towards me , her handbag in her hand . " Its good to see you trying your luck with people in your league ! " She said and everyone laughed including Logan . I stared at him , my eyes flaming with disgust . I've always thought that brown floppy hair and turquoise colored eyes were cute but damn not on Logan! I gave them a grin before turning away . however Aubrey had other plans ." come on stop being snobbish , you obviously have a hard time turning your face off my beautiful one ," she said battering her eyelashes and Logan pulled her from her waist . "That's my pretty girl ! " He said

"Yea and Niki Minaj is flat breasted ! " Charlie muttered and everyone laughed . " Oh DAYUM ! " I bursted out . suddenly Logan had his hands firmly on Charlie's collar , " You better keep your mouth shut gay boy , " He hissed and I saw anger flash before Charlie's eyes but it disappeared as soon as it came . " Come on Charlie we better go ! " I said pulling him along .

"I hate that guy ! Can you even imagine that he was with us once ? " Charlie asked as we walked to our lockers . I saw that my locker was budged open and I peered at it cautiously . Charlie however didn't see it and he continued talking about Logan and his prissy life . I turned to see Logan , Aubrey and their gang standing there and Logan gave me a light smirk . I rolled my eyes and turned towards my locker . our school lockers are the height of a person and as soon as I opened it there was a boy there , I noticed that he was wearing a green sweater - he was in Logan's gang ! before I could say anything he pushed a cream pie to my face . I shrieked as the cream splattered my face . Logan and the others laughed loudly and so did that jerk of a boy . Charlie turned and looked at me , his face wide in shock . that jerk of a boy was still in front of me , laughing his ass away . as quick as a flash I kicked him in his balls . the boy yelped as he fell on the floor in pain . Charlie laughed and the others went silent . everyone who passed me gave me looks of disgust . I didn't want to cry in front of Logan and the others so I dashed off to the rest room . " Stephanie wait ! " Charlie called but I didn't stop till I reached the loo and locked myself inside .

I cried until I could no more and washed my face clean . I removed my jacket which was smeared in cream and washed it as well . I stared at myself from the mirror . Electric blue eyes , red hair , light tan and a slim frame . Aubrey was right , I am not pretty . I washed myself properly and walked out of the loo . Charlie was standing there leaning against the wall . " You waited for me ? " I asked as he walked towards me . Charlie shrugged , " What are friends for ? " He asked as he handed my books and we walked off to our next class .
