Choices

Camp !

School finished earlier than expected and Charlie and I walked out of the last classroom when the head teacher announced all the year ten students to assemble in the main hall .

Charlie and I walked there and blended with the crowd . Javid was there as well and I nudged Charlie . the head mistress walked onto the stage and gave us a warm smile . Miss Brown , out head mistress is a nice lady and everyone love her . she's often found helping a student in distress . I remembered an incident which happened when we were in primary school . Charlie hadn't come to school that day and it was only me and Logan . Logan was my best friend then and so we were hanging out in the playground when some bullies came and threatened me to handover my soft toy unicorn which I was so fond of and tagged it along with me wherever I went . I had been holding it when the boys approached me and Logan and Logan had punched the big guy on his nose calling him a 'meanie' . Miss Brown had warned the Boyd not to mess with us again and she praised Logan and told me that he was a really good friend . I believed her then but now ,

Hell no !

Miss Brown adjusted the microphone , " Good morning students ! " She said and we responded .

" So as today is the last day of school we've decided to take the year tens on a summer camp . its going to be a really fun one and its organized by the high schoolers so it won't be those 'behind the century' boring camps ! " She said and immediately the crowd burs into murmurs and cheers . registration slips are been passed out , please assemble in the main hall tomorrow at eight so we can board you kids to your busses . " She said and the bell rang signaling the end of the day .

Charlie walked me home that day and said that he'll come and pick me off tomorrow .

"Bye Charlie ! " I said and he waved as he turned down the corridor .

I woke up the next day and packed my clothes that I'll be needing for the whole summer and kissed goodbye to my parents just in time when I heard the familiar horn of the Mercedes . I ran downstairs and got into Charlie's car . chair was behind the wheel and we drove off to school .

Charlie parked the car at a shade and we walked towards the main hall . Charlie was silent all the way and I sensed that something was wrong . I skidded into a stop and Charlie numbed on me , " Hey ! " He said and I turned to face him . Charlie looked down at me his eyes full of confusion , " what ? " He asked . I rolled my eyes , " What's keeping you quiet Charl ? " I asked and he sighed . " Do you think I'm wierd ? " He asked me and I shook my head , " No , not at all . in fact I find you special . " I said and he just nodded but his eyes stayed the same . I decided not to push him further .

We assembled in the main hall and then were ushered to our busses . to our luck we were in the same bus as LOGAN , AUBREY AND THEIR GANG ! I groaned as they walked in and hid myself behind Charlie who groaned as well when he saw them . Logan walked right beside us both , "oohhh comfy ! " He said when he saw me hiding behind Charlie . I was so pissed that I sat up straight and plugged on my earphones to my ears . Logan smirked at me and walked past us and sat with Aubrey right behind us .

Oh joy !

The bus roared to life and we began our journey .

It was the most annoying journey ever and I felt like punching Aubrey who was going all sassy with Logan. Logan allowed his girlfriend to snuggle in close . I stared at the two of them hoping that Aubrey would catch a disease

AND DIE

Charlie caught me secretly staring at them and smirked . " Someone's jelly ! " He said . I rolled my eyes , " Why should I be ? " I asked him and Charlie raised an eyebrow . " Sweetie it's obvious ! " He said as the bus came to a halt . we had finally reached our destination. We got off the bus to see a beautiful camping area with tents for two and a neighboring beach . the students ran into different tents and Charlie and I found a perfect tent for us both and we quickly set our things there .

In the night there was a bonfire and we sang to all the tunes and truly it was amazing .
