Chapter 8

What was I going to do. Jack was walking towards me and Adien held my waists stroking it with his thumb. Before I knew it Jack was in front of me. I didn't look up. He gentaly stroked my cheek with his thumb while looking at me. I closed my eyes and clinched my fists. Just like I did this morning.

"Why are you scared of us, why do you not like it when we touch you, we won't hurt you we want to make you happy. So why..." Jack said. That's what Brian said. "Who's Brian?" Adien said. My eyes go wide. "It's no one...there's no reason why, I just don't like to be touched" I said. "That's a lie, there's a reason why...just tell us." I looked up at him and looked away. "I...I can't." "Yes you can" Adien said.

"No...I just can't, can I be alone?" "No not until you tell us why" Jack said. "I'm not ready to!" "Why...we want to know so we can fix it...that's what we're here for!" Jack said a little anoyyed. "Damn it, I'm scarred mentally and physically by it."

"Ok..so I'm just not ready to sit down and tell you that my family paid my fucking ex-boyfriend to kidnap me and kill me!!" I said breathing in and out. I was beyond mad and I just couldn't help but yell at them. I just realized what I said. I just told them why. FUCK.

"Shit I-I didn't mean to yell..and-" I was interrupted by four arm wrapped around me. They were so warm. It was comforting. "Were sorry we didn't mean to pressure you into telling us." "Its fine you had a right to know. Though its not the whole story. Me and Nickie should sit with you all and tell you it."

"Wait I'm sorry to ask but we need to know.....was he the one that took your ver-" Adien tried to say but I interrupted him. "yes he was...and I didn't give it to him willingly." "Sorry but we just-" Jack tried to say until I interupted him. "No I understand... You needed to know and you have a right to know. But we should get going."

They nod and we walk out of the room and head down stairs. "Nickie we need to tell them." I said once I entered the kitchen. She looked at me surprised..then she nodded. "I'll talk first ok" I told her. "Oh Storm this it Dain *pointing to the right* and Hale *pointing to the left* my mates" she said. I smiled and said 'hi'.

I then took a seat at the inland when Adien bulled me on his lap. I could tell he was smirking. Jack sat next to us while Nickie and her mates we on the other side of the inland. "Ok well it all happened six months ago. But first you all know about what I did to my sister....well her, my dad and mom didn't like me because of that. To be honest the were kinda scared of me. That's how I wanted it. Even my ex was sacred of me at times...I could just see it in his eyes."

"They all thought I was insane. Nickie was the only one that liked me. She's not part of my family but sure as hell was better at it than they were. Anyway me and Nickie new each other since we were five. Me and her had each others back. My family never liked me..my dad said that it was a mistake having me."

"He would beat me when no one was home. That is until I finally got tired of it, I grabbed a knife and stabbed his hand with it. He never again touched me. My mom I just had to threaten her to leave me alone. But my sister it took braking her bones. And I did. My ex would just leave me alone. Which was a good choice on his part."

"Anyway he told me that we were going for a ride and told me to get ready. I did. After three hours of driving he took me to an abandoned house in the woods." I smirked. "He then nocked me out. When I woke up he told me that my fmaily paid him ten thousand dollars to kill and get rid of me. My family really hated me. But before he did he decided to have a little fun with me. He beat me, rapped me, and tortured me."

Adien tightened his grip on my waist and hugged me. I sighed and looked at Nickie. "Ok well at the time I had no idea what was going on until I over heard her family talking about it. As soon as I found out were he took her, I ran to my car and drove there. When I got there.. She was a mess. She was covered in blood. I don't remember one part of her body that wasn't covered in blood."

I took a deep breath, closed my eyes, and then let it out. I can't cry I haven't in seven years. I felt Adien kiss my shoulder. I didn't open my eyes, I new they were watery. I heard her continue. "I ran over and helped her when I was attacked from behind. I hit the ground hard. I turned over to see Brian..her ex. He was covered in blood too. His nose was broken."

"He had a scratch mark across his face. I knew it was mostly Storm's blood than his. I got up since she was in no condition to fight and I did it for her. When I was done he probably had a few broken ribs as well as his arm."

"He was out cold. I got Storm and put her in my car. I took her to the hospital and they fixed her up. She...the doctor said that she would recover soon but not mentally. He said that she stabbed one of our guy doctors for touching her and attacked another."

I smiled at that but it quickly faded away. "I went to her house and told her family that I found her and that she's safe. They played it off like they cared about her and her sister started crying." She laughed. "When the cops left I cused her fmaily out. Hell I attacked them."

"When I was done they were all passed out. I went to her room and got some of her cloths and things she needed. I didn't bother going to my house it would have tooken to long so I packed some of her cloths for me and I went to the hospital. When I got there I told her that I had money and that I got her money that she hid and told her that we were running away."

"We were on the run for six months and then we finally found a place we could stay and that was here. And then we met you guys and yeah" she said out of breath.
