**MGK'S P.O.V.**

Today's the day. Today's the day.
I kept thinking over and over again. Rook was no help, of course. He never is.
Me: I haven't felt like this since I first meet Cassie's mom.
Rook: I know Kells. I'm glad you met her too.
Me: You know I'm talking about my child's mother right. Not Mahogany.
Rook: Yea I know who we are talking about. Shit I was saying that I'm glad you met her because think about where you would be without Cassie in your life.
Me: Calm the hell down. I was just making sure because I know that's my baby girl's mom and all but the bitch was crazy as shit.
Rook: Crazy is your type.
Me: But I know were to draw the line so I don't get cut.
Shit I was nervous. I don't know why though I've preformed in front of millions of people before and I've gone on many dates after Cassie's mom, but for some odd reason this was different. For the first time in my life I was nervous but in a good way. The day seemed to go by super slow but I was happy when five came around. I walked out my bedroom putting on my watch and was greeted by Rook and Cassie.
Cassie: Daddy you look awesome. Have fun on your date with Mahogany and tell her I said hi.
Cassie walked me to the door.
Me: Thanks baby and I will. I'll see you later.", I replied as I hugged my little princess.
Rook: Kells, loosen up your a bit stiff. Besides she's the type of chick you need in your life.
Me: Yo, you think so?
Rook: Bro I know it. Now go and have fun.
The ride to he house felt really long but I made it. The whole drive I had butterflies in my stomach. I couldn't believe it. I've preformed in front of hundreds of people and I'm nervous about picking up a girl for a date. I took a few deep breaths then finally got out of the car and walk to the front door. I raised my shaking hand to the door, made a fist, then knocked. While I waited for an answer I adjusted my stance.
