part 29- Baby Scan II

PART 29, BABY SCAN II

do you know what the best feeling is? well i do, it if the feeling of waking up happy. it is rare for me to wake up happy because my life has suddenly become a dead end, but now i feel good. i mean the relief that me and Nathan are now happy and i have nothing to hide. i just better be more careful. i love Nathans smile, definitely when it is the first thing i see in the morning,  and that is the first thing i am going to see today. i woke up today with Nathan staring at me waking up. "hey babe." he said and kissed my lips before i could get up. he pulled his head away but i pulled him back to kiss him back. "morning babe." i said and he rolled me into his arms. he started to kiss my ear; i felt his hands run over my body. "ready for today babe?" he asked me. today was the day i had the second scan of the baby. "of course I'm ready, can't wait to see him again." i said and picked up his hand and kissed it. "C'mon, lets get up, we don't want to be late." he said and jumped out of bed and pulled out a T- shirt, shorts and obviously a hat. he got changed and i got out my cloths and got changed.

me and Nathan went downstairs to have breakfast, before we went to the doctors for the scan. we saw Siva drinking cup of tea and reading a magazine. "hi guys, you off to your doctors appointment?"

"yeah, and i can not wait." i said. i rested my head on Nathans shoulder as he was pouring the steaming water into the mug. "hope everything is alright for the baby." Max said as he walked in the kitchen. "I'm sure everything will be fine." Nathan said and passed me the tea. i took a sip and said. "Nathan, i think we need to leave in half an hour." and looked away from the clock, hanging above the door from the hall way. i sat down next to Siva and continued drinking the tea. Max sat opposite me. "you alright sis?" he asked.

"of course. everything is fine...... now" i mumbled to myself. "and its going to stay that way." Nathan said, putting his hand on my shoulder. "yeah it better." i said and finished off drinking my tea. "right, I'm just going to go get ready to go." i said and got up and walked towards the dishwasher, i put the mug in it, and i walked up to go get ready.

"CHLOE, LETS GO!" i heard Nathan shout from the bottom  of the stairs. "COMING!" i shouted back. i got up and walked to the bed to get my purse, i picked it up, and i walked out of the room and down the stares. i saw Nathan putting on his jacket and shoes. "C'mon babe, we don't want to be late."  he said and threw my coat at me and i caught it, i put it on, and then put on my shoes.

i got in the car and Nathan turned on the radio. it was playing '22' by Taylor swift. i really loved this song. i started tapping my feet at the song and Nathan started driving to the doctors.

we arrived and Nathan sat me down so he could check us in at the desk. he came back and sat down next to me. "you okay Chlo?" he asked and he held my hand. "yeah, just a bit scared about the baby." i replied and put my hand on the baby bump. "Chlo, he will be fine, trust me." i smiled at Nathan and put my head on his shoulder. the nurse came into the room and asked for me and Nathan. we got up and followed her into a room where i will be having the scan. the doctor was sat beside a chair where the scan was going to take place. "lay down here Mrs George." the doctor said and i did as he told me to. "please lift up your shirt." he said and so i did. he put the gel on my tummy and used the scan thing. (i have never had a baby so bare with me on this, lol) "okay, everything seems okay with the baby." said the doctor. i held Nathans hand and watched the screen at the baby. i looked at Nathan and he had a tear in his eye. "why you crying babe?" i asked him. "its our little baby isn't it, were really having a kid." Nathan kissed me passionately and was probably the best kiss he had ever given me.
