part 31- Labour

PART 31, LABOUR

i was rushed into the back seat of the car, Max sat next to me and Nathan got in the front seat and started driving. i felt scared, more scared than i ever have been. i was about to have a baby, its normal to be scared. Nathan and Max kept on telling me that it was all going to be fine, i believed them obviously. i screamed in pain as we approached the hospital. "don't worry babe, we are here." said Nathan and parked us up in the hospitals car park. we rushed into the hospital and Max sat me down on a chair as Nathan called for a nurse. 

Nathan came back with a nurse, she helped me up and took me into a bright room with a white wall and a bed in the centre. a small, square table with a red flower in a pot on top was next to the bed. i was carefully placed down onto the bed and the nurse told me to get comfy while she went to go get a doctor.

"you okay babe?" Nathan asked.

"yeah, it just hurts a bit." i replied, moaning.

"it will all be fine, cant believe that in a couple of hours we will have a baby, 'aint that scary?" Nathan asked, sitting down next to me with an exited smile on his face. "yeah, it is." i said and i held his hand and rested my head on his shoulder.

a doctor walked in with the nurse following him. "now, how is everything?" the doctor asked.

"it hurts." i said, leaning back, moaning in pain.

"don't worry miss George, everything will be fine." said the doctor, writing on his clipboard.

(gonna go 3 hours later cus i don't know what else to put)

3 hours later

"okay Chloe, push!" the doctor shouted. i was in so much pain and i ran out of energy, i couldn't push any more. "C'mon Chloe, just a little bit more." Nathan said, squeezing my hand.  i pushed and squealed, i couldn't do  it anymore. "okay Chloe, one more push and the baby will be out." said the doctor.

i pushed for one last time and i heard squealing, i looked up to see my tiny new baby. "congratulations, its a boy." said the doctor, wrapping the baby up in a towel and giving him to Nathan. i saw a tear in Nathans eye when he was holding him.

"we will leave you three alone." said the doctor, walking out of the room with the nurse. "he's perfect." said Nathan. 

"isn't he." i said and stroked the side of his head. a tear came running down my face. "why you crying Chlo?" asked Nathan.

"we got a baby, i cant believe it!"  i said and wiped away the tear.  "hold him." said Nathan, passing the new born baby boy to me.  he was so small, i didn't want to move when i held him, i thought it would hurt him.  "he is so cute." i said and kissed his forehead."

"so, what do you want to call him?" Nathan asked.

"Charlie, he looks like a Charlie." i said. he opened his eyes, they were a deep blue colour.

"Charlie is an adorable name, but i would prefer Sid The Sloth Jr." said Nathan and made me giggle.  "haha, cute." i said.

"so, how about Charlie then?"  Nathan asked.

"that would be a cute name for him."

Finally had the baby, i wanted to get the baby stuff out of the way because i don't know much about pregnancy, lol. anyway, dedication to keir9999 because of the name Charlie. what do you think of the new baby name?
