Living Among Humans

Chapter 2

-Two years earlier-

Carmen and her family lived in a normal house in a normal little town. Everyone was fine until the oldest began to behave a bit more like a wolf... his father and mother learned to control themselves but the oldest was new. Every time he was at school he would have mental breakedowns and freak outs. Eventually the middle child, Carmen did the same. The youngest hadn't been affected yet but she would be. Two members of the family were going parcially insane, the humans began to fear them and began to question wether the crossbreeds should live with them at all. The humans began to think the crossbreeds needed to be trained and kept under control. There came the idea to keep them as pets, or slaves.

The problem the humans had was, they feared the unknown. They forgot about all the help the crossbreeds did and all the protection they got from them. The town's people chased out the wolf family as well as two Fox families and five bear families. All of the crossbreeds left, a few miles from the town they lived. The Fox families came together but the bear families live far apart from everyone. Then leave the wolf family to fend for themselves. The father went out to hunt and got too close to a bear family's territory. He was attacked and he never returned. No one knows where he is or even if he is alive. The wolves hope to find him... some day...
