"Doesn't this look nice? Especially in such a gloomy place." Madison held up a pink cloth to a wall and I sighed, trying to eat my toast in peace.
"This place doesn't need redecorating. Once we defeat Dorothy, we can return you home. You, your friends, and Amy." I froze at that last part. I was leaving? Once I killed Dorothy, I would be sent home? I guess I knew it wouldn't last long and I didn't want to lead everyone. I was guaranteed to become like Dorothy again. I couldn't do that to everyone who's suffered at her hand.
"So, we now are aiming to get who's what?"

The Wizard stepped in and nodded to everyone. He noticed Madison fiddling with the fabric and went over to consult her on it. I finished my toast and continued to read the book, but I covered the front and back so Mambi couldn't tell. Life was torturous for Elphaba! She tried to save these poor animals who wished to teach and preach, and all her magic could do was give them wings. She didn't know what anything else could do because she didn't want to test it out on them. So, to those who wished to help her voluntarily, she asked if they wished to fly or walk (Okay, I don't think that actually happened in the book, but spare me. I wanted to make her sympathetic). She later learned other spells a wrote notes in her book but otherwise, the story just went as Glinda explained before.

I closed the book and rushed to my room. I slammed the door and tossed the book on the bed. As I sat upon the floor, the window started to become dark. Thinking Dorothy was taking a nap, I ignored it. I stood up and started to the desk where a small book with different techniques I had learned were written down. Light started to appear again  and I stood up, walked to the window and looked to the sky. Did it really ever change? I thought it might have but then, when I turned, a dark figure put a dark cloth over my mouth, causing me to lose consciousness.
------
My eyes blinked open and I found myself in a dark room with no windows and no doors. I looked to my left and saw a young girl I recognized from Kansas. Ally, I think? Yeah, World History. She was one of those kids I invited to my party that didn't show up. Great.

She looked up to see me and gasped, backing away. "You're..."
She whispered, "Salvation Amy!"
I started to scowl when the door opened. Wait, there were no doors... Huh, magic does some freaky stuff. A figure was looming in the doorway when Ally screamed.
"Please! Take her, not me!" I rolled my eyes and sighed. But, the figure reached for her and her chains disappeared.
"No! Please!" Ally screamed as the door closed and disappeared. A few moments later, I heard a scream and silence and assumed that Ally might be dead. The door opened again and the figure grabbed me. As it yanked me into the light, I finally saw the hands. Green! I looked up to see a young girl with heavy bags under her eyes looked down upon me without a mask, but no smile anyhow. I almost spoke when we passed a room labeled "Eraser." Yikes, was I to be tortured?!

We finally got to a room labeled "Interogations." Elphaba opened the door and in the room was a metal table and two chairs on either side.
Great, I thought. Elphaba's playing good cop-bad cop. I sighed and sat at one end while she sat at the other. For a few moments, no one spoke until she finally signed and took out papers.
"Okay, name?" Her voice was somewhat silly but older, as if she grew up way too fast. Made sense, knowing her background.
"Amy Gumm. Why did you kidnap me?"
"I'll be asking questions, thank you very much. How old are you?"
"16, maybe 17. I'm not sure..."
She looked to me with confusion then wrote something down.
"How did you get here?"
"A tornado hit and blew my trailer to here."
"Huh, almost like you-know-who."
"Well, she does hate my guts for a reason..." Elphaba chuckled and wrote down something else.
"And, do you have any magic?"
"Yep. I can shoot fire." At that comment, she stopped writing and her pencil tip broke. She looked up at me and stood up, grabbing my hand and dragging me out.
"Come on!"

We got to a gymnasium of sorts and she put up a target.
"Show me."
I raised an eyebrow but followed along. I held my hand up and closed my eyes. Soon, my head was filled with each snide comment or someone saying Salvation Amy. I clenched my teeth as I remembered everyone laughing until I could feel my nails digging into my hand. I cranked my hand back, which was covered in flames, and catapulted it out and a giant fireball hit the dummy, scorching it. Elphaba nodded.

"You get it from angry, right? Angry and fear?"
"Not fear so much, but mainly anger."
She nodded. She stepped closer to me and when she was right near me I backed up a bit. She chuckled and smiled.
"It appears to me that I might have someone else who could help me..."

Hey babes.
I know this is super late, but how do I publish stuff if I don't have inspiration?! Anyway, hopefully I'll update again soon.
