"Well, that went great." I said. "Yeah, couldn't go any better." Adam agreed sarcastically. "I think he's lying." Jozef said. "I think he's not." Sofia disagreed. "How do you know that?" I asked her. "It was written on his face. You know someone's lying by the look on his face." Sofia explained. "Ooh, mommy-talk." Adam sang. And Sofia left without saying another word. "What's wrong with her?" Adam asked. "Sofia was a mommy. But then her four year old son died in a car accident. That's what's wrong with her." Jozef told us. "Sorry. I- I didn't know." Adam apologized. "I have to go apologize to her." "Yeah. You have to.."

The Apology

"Go on Adam, Go say sorry to her. Go on." Blake said to me. "Go on, she's sitting right there, do you want me to go with you?" "I thought you'd never ask." I told him.

-knock knock- "Hey, Sofia? Can we come in?" Blake asked her. "Adam needs to say something to you." "Come in." Sofia said, her nose still buried in her book. "Sofia..." I began. "I wanted to apologize for what i said earlier." "What did you say?" Sofia asked. "You know, what I said, when you finished talking about Mike not lying. You know about the mommy talk?" I finished. "Oh, that? She asked. I nodded. "There's no need to apologize for that." "No need?" I wanted to confirm. "Okay, Blake, lets go." I said quickly.

"I'm glad that went well." Adam said. "Yeah, atleast she didn't kill you." I told him. "Haha, whatever." "I wanna have icecream." I told Adam. "Why are you asking me." He questioned. "Because you're older." I replyed. "Were twins, for God's sake!" "You're four minutes older." I told him. "Ughhh. Idiot."
