Honoring Our Parents.
Ephesians 6:1-3
One of God's commandment which has a promise that your life will be long , and will be blessed. Sa kagustuhan ko na idedecate ang buhay ko kay Lord at pasalamatan sya , nkalimutan ko na dapat pala pasalamatan ko din ang mga magulang ko . They are the reason why I was born here living in Gods will for my life.Yet God has planned for my life but he uses my parents still for me to live. But instead nkalimutan ko ata na magulang ko sila , i became rude to them shows that i misrespected them as my parents.
Then this days preaching shoot me to the point that I can't hide it to myself or pretend that I'm just fine all along, yes I am vulnerable and broken esp. when it comes to the Lord and when the holy spirit convicts me , whoohh!! grabe iba yung feeling' yun bang maiiyak ka nalang cause you know mali ka at di mo na kaya. That all you have to do is cry out all the pain ,give them to the Lord and let Him change your life.
I am telling you ,yes it is hard to simply obey and follow Gods word but when you learn to put it in your heart (psalms 119:11) all will be light later on you will notice that you are already obeying the Lord . Let's learn to respect and obey our parents as of the Lord , we can never choose our parents even they were not that perfect but God has given them to us and commanded us to Honor and Love them.Lets appreciate them while we have them, treasure every moment , and let us show how thankful and blessed we are for having them .Dare yourself to believe so that you'll able to see what awaits us , Gods promises.
Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right."Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with Promise, "that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth." Eph.6:1-3
What does the world can give that God cannot?
