Bill POV (Finally)
Oh sh*t, what do I say?! "Er...maybe?" I cautiously say. My face feels like it's heating up for some reason, is this what happens to humans? "Ooooooooh, Bill has a crush!" Wendy says from the front. "And before anyone asks, I'm not saying who!" I say. "Come on!" Shooting Star begs. "Hah, I'll tell you the day Pacifica has a party for everyone." I joke. "Thompson, truth or dare?" I ask as the heat sensation fades away.
*Time skip to when they're at the fair*
The van pulls to a stop and we all hop out. I wonder what human festivals are like. I look around and see some puny rides and cheap food. We go through the ticket booth and get our wristbands. "C'mon, bro-bro, we have to go quick if we're going on every ride!" I overhear Shooting Star say to Pine Tree. Every ride? That must include the Tunnel of Love ride, which I could see all the way in the back. It was pretty big and a disgusting pink. I smirked, imagining what would happen if Shooting Star abandoned him while he was in line. I stepped in line for one of the puny human rides. I bet they were really slow and tame. After around a minute, the ride stopped which meant I was on next. The ride operator opened the entrance gate and I went to sit. It was a ride that had groups of 4 chairs in a circle. I sat in a chair, pulled down the safety mechanism, and the ride lurched forward. I gripped the bar as the ride moved faster. Thankfully, it didn't go too fast because I think I underestimated human rides. My stomach flipped kind of like it did when I saw Pine Tree, maybe even more. It was a long minute before it was done. The ride started to slow down and stopped all the way. The safety bars popped up and I got out as soon as I could. I glanced around to see where everyone was. Pine Tree and Shooting Star were on a ride that I think humans called a roller coaster. It looked crazily fast, but I think they liked those types of rides. I smiled at how happy they looked on there. Pine Tree caught my eye for a split second and grinned at me. I felt more of that heat sensation, but not a lot. I looked away towards all of the games and food. I had some human money to blow, so I decided to play one of their games. I walked up to a stand with small yellow and red balloons covering the back. It was playing some odd music. "Ya wanna play? 2 dollars for 3 darts!" The man running the stand said to me. "Sure." I said and listened as he explained the game. "Ya have to pop as many balloons as ya can with as many darts as ya buy. Ya pop 5, ya win a toy on this row." He pointed towards a row of small stuffed animals. "Ya get 7, ya pick any one ya want!" I nodded and took some darts and got ready to throw them. Of course, I could just use my powers. I threw the dart and made it hit 4 balloons at once. "Wow, haven't seen that in a while!" The man said and smiled. I smiled back and threw another dart that hit 2. I threw my last dart which also hit 2 balloons. "Pick any prize ya want, kid. Good job!" The man said and I looked at them all. Dogs comprised most of the prizes. Some of them were as large as me, who would want one of those? My eyes shifted across all of the prizes and I picked a yellow kangaroo. They should get some Bill Cipher plushies, they'd surely get taken in a second. I went on some more slow rides before feeling hungry. I walked up to a red stand that smelled sugary and bought a caramel apple. I looked around for a seat and found a picnic table. This human food must taste boring! I bit into the apple and knew I was wrong. This-what was it? Caramel apple? It was amazing! Why didn't they have these in the 4th dimension? I'd have to inform everyone about this.
Dipper POV
I stumbled off another ride, still dizzy. "Can we take a break, Mabel?" I whined, feeling tired and hungry. "Sure thing, bro-bro! You see anyplace to sit?" Mabel replied. I looked around and saw a picnic bench that Bill was sitting at. "There's a picnic bench over here." I said. "Lead the way!" Mabel said. I walked over and sat down opposite Bill, and Mabel sat next to me. "Hey Bill!" She said and smiled. "Hi." Bill said. "So, let's take a look at what we still have to do. We have the Tornado, Carousel, Scrambler, Tunnel of Love, and Fun House." Mabel said to me. I nodded. "I'm gonna get some food." She said. "I'll come with you!" I said quickly. We strode over to a hamburger stand and got 2 hamburgers. When we came back, Pacifica had came over and was talking with Bill. "Oh, hey Dipper, Mabel." She said. "Hey Pacifica!" Mabel said smiling. Bill and Pacifica kept talking and I saw that Pacifica was flirting with Bill. I balled my fists under the table, and I think Mabel noticed my jealousy. Soon Pacifica went away, seeing that Bill didn't like her. Within a couple of minutes, Mabel was asking if we could get ice cream. After I agreed, we went over to an ice cream vendor. Mabel got her favorite as usual, chocolate, and I got strawberry, which was my favorite. We sat back down at the picnic table and ate our ice cream while planning which rides to do in what order. Once we finished our ice cream, Mabel dragged me toward another ride as I waved goodbye to Bill who grinned and waved back.
