Devil's Breath is a Martial Arts breathing method that Toshio invented by gathering up large amounts of oxygen to increase his lung capacity by fivefold, he is granted strength similar to Leonard's Ignition Ability called Voltage Nova, exhibiting intense physical changes to the user. By gathering so much oxygen in his lungs and circulate it through his body, Toshio is able to use more than 100% of all his systems and bodily functions, making him smarter, stronger, faster, more agile, durable, etc. in every way in regards to what the body is capable of. This includes the neural system, the skeletal system, the muscular system, the brain, etc. This technique allows Toshio to use 100% of his muscular strength, maximizing the capacity, while under normal conditions most humans (and other humanoid beings) only exert 20-30%. This increases physical capabilities by a hundredfold and grants him able to continue fighting despite being in crippling pain, have strength to crumble buildings and his speed grants him the ability to react to and deflect enemy attacks with ease. it comes with the same repercussions as other ignition abilities.
