Chapter Six

When I looked through the window I saw it was Eric. He nearly scared the crap outta me the way his car pulled up next to me.

"Get in." He said while unlocking the door. I stopped for a minute to think about it. But I decided to keep walking.

"Look Dre told me to take you home wit me since yo mom or him ain't home he said its an emergency." He said in a low voice.

All kinds of thoughts ran into my head. I was already pissed bout what happens earlier and now some more shit is going on. I said to myself. I took a deep breath and got into the car. I looked out the window the whole car ride and sat quiet. Eric tried making conversation but I kept my answers short. I drifted off into sleep and woke up in someone's arms. I adjusted my eyes as he laid me down on the couch.

"You good baby girl." He asked while sitting next to me. I stretched and nodded my head. I thought of what could be going on between Dre and and my mom. But was broken out of my thoughts when Eric spoke.

"Sorry bout Asia." He said in a quiet voice. I rose an eyebrow at him wondering why he apologized for her stupidity.

"Don't apologize for her you had nothing to do with it." I said with a small smile.

"Yea I kinda did I was tryna make you jealous and it worked cause I know you like me and Asia got mad bout that." He said with a grin.

"You thought you made me jealous by getting wit Asia." I said with a chuckle.

"I know it worked I saw how yo adittude changed when I said I'd go out with her." He said laying back on the couch.

I thought bout what he said I did get kinda jealous but that's only because at that time I thought I did like him.

"And I know yo lil ass was jealous cuz you like me." He said with a smirk. I looked at him with wide eyes then I started to blush. I didn't want him to see so I changed the the subject.

"Shouldn't you be getting ready for that party?" I asked changing topics. He looked and gave a half smile then scooted close to me.

"Nope I'mma stay here all alone wit you baby girl. He said scooting close to me. Butterflies filled my stomach and I felt my cheeks turn red.

I scooted close to the edge of the seat and so did Eric. That made me scoot even closer to the edge. Too close to where I fell off the couch. Eric and I both laughed as he pulled me up. After I was on my feet he wrapped his arms round my waist tightly. Are faces came closer and closer til our lips touched. He licked my lips for an entrance so I allowed him. Our tongues moved in sync and he layed me gentally on the couch. His hand began to rub up my shirt which made me stop. I pulled away breathless and realizing what just was almost bout to happen. I adjusted my clothes and sat in science for the rest of the night.
