- Chance -

It's been a week since Homecoming, and I haven't told anyone about the news yet. Only Ethan, Grayson, and Belinda know. I still have yet to tell my parents; which is what I might do today. I'm not sure how I'm going to do it, but it's going to happen.

I decided to spend the afternoon at Ethan's house, especially since he's always at my place.

Without all the people, they have a really nice house. It was a big house, but definitely fit for four people. I guess it would've been even more fit for the family if Ethan's sister, Cameron, was still living here. But, she's 21 and moved out already.

Ethan, Grayson, and I spent our time in the living room just watching movie after movie. I had to say, I quite liked our lazy hangouts. I know how adventurous the guys like to be, but it's hard to do that with it getting colder out.

"Chance, sweetheart, would you like some more juice?" Ethan's mom asks me as she walks into the living room.

"Please? I would really appreciate that." I smile as I hand her the glass.

I turn to Ethan after his mom walks out of the room, "When are you going to tell your parents?"

The color from his face flushes out. I could tell that that thought hadn't even crossed his mind. I just grab his hand and rub my thumb over his hand. I know guys normally do that to girls, but I could tell it made Ethan feel good, too.

"It's okay, you don't have to tell them right away. I was just curious." I nuzzle into Ethan's side and wrap my arm around his torso. He then puts his arm around my shoulders.

Ethan starts rubbing his thumb over my arm, "I'll tell them at dinner time. If that's alright with you?"

Ethan's parents had wanted me to come have dinner with them. I guess this would be the best time to tell them. I'm just scared of their reaction because Ethan and I aren't really dating. Well, I guess you could say we are, but he never asked me and we never made it official. I guesd this pregnancy could make us official. Especially with Ethan making it clear that he would never leave my side.

"I still can't believe I'm going to be an uncle." Grayson smiles. I'm happy that he's been so supportive, too. Ethan is here for me, but so is Grayson. I definitely feel the brother-sister bond between me and him.

"Did I hear you correctly, Grayson?" Their mom says as she enters the living room again.

Grayson, and Ethan and I, go into shock, "What did you hear me say?"

"I heard you say that you're going to be an uncle," Their mom says, in a rather stern voice, "Is there something I don't know? Is Cameron pregnant?"

Ethan sighs, "Mom, have dad go into the kitchen and sit at the table. The three of us will be there in a minute."

I could feel my heart racing. I could tell Ethan was nervous as well. I look over at Grayson and see he has a guilty look on his face, as if his facial expression was trying to tell me he was sorry. I gave him a reassuring smile to let him that it's all okay.

Ethan grabs my hand and we walk off to the kitchen. Grayson is following right behind us.

Ethan pulls out a chair for me to sit down. Him and Grayson sit at either side of me. Ethan is still holding my hand. This sudden feeling of protection washed over me. I always knew that's why I loved being by these two so much.

Ethan and Grayson's parents enter the kitchen and sit at the table and sit across from us.

"So, why did you bring us in here Ethan?" Their dad asks.
