My name is Ian Wade, I am a traveling chef.
I have been working in kitchens since I was sixteen, I have worked in several countries around the world legally and illegally, I've cooked for celebrities, politicians/world leaders and royalty, for large events such as the Nobel peace prize, Ted talks and other smaller events in rural places.
Over the years I have collected some funny stories and insight into the restaurant industry, that I thought might be worth sharing. Consider this like a blog/collection of short stories, I will keep them as honest and truthful as I see fit, the end goal is to write something that makes me laugh.
Keep in mind I Cook for a living and I'm pretty sure I had to retake English 12 in high school so my grammar and spelling will be...... What I'm capable of. If that doesn't turn you off then I hope my sense of humour is palatable. If anyone ever reads this I hope you enjoy.
Also a side note I will be writing this as I travel so it will update irregularly.
