Another year another dream doomed to repeat the same scenario over and over again or so it seems peering out into the wasteland so vast and wide "my love my love please come out from me I beg of thee do not hide" my pleas more often than not fallen on deaths ear I promise countless times "I shall never shed another tear" each time the urge grows stronger very few have the will to go on my love has been tossed aside wanted to longer I pray for salvation from this road of the long lost soul the path the of the lonely warrior the road to find true love "please, please come to me" searching the stars above I can no longer search my eyes have grown weary caution to all false hope everyone I look upon so leary so for the last time I hang up my boots and lays to rest my shield only time can tell from the countless battles if my heart will heal
