"Look, she's waking up!"
"The ambulance is coming, thank god!"
The sirens wailed in the background as the over-powering murmurs forced me to wake up. I groaned as I opened my eyes. I was seeing doubles and everything was distorted.
As I slowly come back to my senses I notice a familiar face in the crowd of people by me. Louis Tomlinson? I was going mad, so I quickly dismissed the thought.
"Please make way," A husky voice said from behind me, it was the paramedics. They ran over to me and gave me a vigorous check. Apparently I was bleeding, but my whole body was numb so I couldn't feel anything.
"Hmm..." The one paramedic said as he examined a wound on the side of my torso, "Looks like you got bit my a great white, thank god that boy saved you in time."
I looked over to the 'boy' the paramedic was talking about, it was the Tomlinson look alike. I gave him a weak smile.
"You should never surf alone at here, especially when it's choppy," The paramedic continued in a scolding manner, handing me a towel which I wrapped around my shoulders.
And then I remembered. I wasn't alone. Mark. I burst into tears, burying my face in my hands.
"Whoa, what's wrong?" Both the paramedic and Louis' look alike said. (strangely the Tommo look alike had the same accent as the real one).
"M-Mark... The shark... It got him!" I wailed, letting the tears stream down my face.
There was a mixture of gasps and murmurers coming from the on-lookers. I looked up for a moment and noticed the boy staring at me with tears in his eyes.
"Let's get you to the hospital, doll." The paramedic said with a more gentle tone. He helped me up and escorted me to the ambulance.
"Can I come"? The boy asked, jogging over to us. The paramedic gave a nod of approval and we all got into the ambulance.
