Ned and Denmark sat down on the couch. They had prepared everything needed to have an enjoyable movie experience, and all they needed to do was turn on the tv

"Let's get this thing STARTED!!!" Exclaimed Denmark as Ned reached for the remote.

Ned reached for the remote they needed, but could not see it. Now this may sound like a small problem, but it was very bad. Not only was the remote not where it should specifically be, Ned had spent his hard-earned money to buy some movies and snacks to have a nice movie marathon with Denmark.

The anger was starting to rise. (Ned SMASH!) Just as Ned was about to smash the coffee table, Denmark asked, "Are you looking for the remote?".

"Yeah."

"Dude," Denmark chuckles, "I've already got it!" Denmark starts to die with laughter. Ned looked at Denmark.

He chuckled. Ned's chuckles seethed with anger. "Play the god damn movie," he said this through a strained smile.

Denmark and Ned watched really bad movies. They enjoyed popcorn and beer while Denmark laughed at Ned's reactions to the bad scenes. Soon Ned started to get a little drunk and by the end of the fourth movie, he was seriously drunk.

Denmark turned off the tv. "Ned, you should go to bed."

"I don't wanna go ta bed~!"

"Ned, you're drunk you should go to bed."

"Nah, I wanna stay here." Ned nuzzled up to Denmark. "You're real~lay comfortable." Ned wrapped his arms around Denmark's. "I wanna stay here."

Denmark looked down at Ned, "Ned. Really." Ned took his hands and put them on the sides of Denmark's face. He got up and straddled Denmark's lap. "Mathias," Ned purred this into Denmark's ear. Ned pulled his face away and moved his hand to Denmark chest.

"Abel, don't do this. You'd regret it afterwards." Denmark gently pushed Ned away.

"I wouldn't regret it. I wanna do it." Denmark couldn't help but think that Ned was really sexy.

But Denmark shook that feeling off, "I don't think I could stand myself if I slept with you like this. You're going to bed and don't try to-", Denmark had looked to see Ned fast asleep on his shoulder. Denmark couldn't help himself and laughed. "You couldn't even make it through half the movies!" He took the sleeping country in his arms and  carried him to the bedroom. And once again he put a sleeping Ned to bed. Denmark leaned down and gave Ned a kiss on his forehead. "Godnat Smukke."

... In The Morning ...
Ned woke up to a massive headache. It's a good thing that countries have such tough bodies, cause Ned would have been incapacitated that morning. Ned got up, clinging his hand to his head.
"Fuck." The word escaped from his mouth. He stumbled his way to the bathroom, finding some ibuprofen placed on the counter.

Ned downed the pills with gulps of water. He proceeded in washing up. After he finished rinsing his face, Ned was feel much better and prepared to face what he could only assume was a mess made from last night's activities in his living room.

He had stood by the door, but not opening it. Almost as if opening it might cause trash to come falling in. Pushing the door open, he found his delusion just to be a delusion.
Ned walked through the hall to his living room/kitchen was clean. He found no trash, spill, or mess.

But he also found no Denmark.
"Where did he go?"

... Earlier That Morning ...
Denmark was feeling very proud of himself. He had just spent the night making sure that Ned would have nothing to complain about in the morning. He even prepared some medicine for Ned's eventual headache.
Suddenly Denmark's phone starts blowing up with texts and calls. Most of them from Norway and the rest from Finland, Sweden, and Iceland telling him to talk to Norway cause he is bothering them.  Denmark was sick of Norway constantly keeping tabs on him as if he was a delinquent child. Always rude and intrusive. That last day of the meeting Denmark wanted to do something, to free himself, to get away. Denmark reluctantly looks at the texts that Norway sent.
"Where are you?!"
"Come back home!"
"Talk to me!"
... blah blah blah blah ...
"I heard you're at Netherland's, if you don't come out I'm going to yell and bang on the door till I get an answer."

Reading the last text he frantically tries to respond quickly. But before he can finish Denmark hears a bang on the door.

Quickly opening the door, Denmark sees a angry Norway in front of him.
"I'll talk to you so please just don't bang on the door."

... Back to the previous time ...
Ned was starting to worry but then Denmark opened the door. Ned looked at the other' face to see a slap mark.

"Why do you have a slap mark?"
Denmark made an odd expression but changed it into a bright smile.
"Never mind that, aren't you going to praise me!?" Denmark pointed to where he had cleaned, proud at how good he had done.

"Am I ? I just thought it common courtesy," After Ned said this, Denmark's expression looked disappointed. So Ned continued, "....but ok yes, you did a great job. Maybe it won't be so bad to have you stay here for awhile."

These words made Denmark light up. Overjoyed, Denmark hugged Ned. Ned was getting used to Denmark's skin-ship. Ned started to move his arms around Denmark but the hug stopped before he could hug back.

"So ... what do you want to do today?" Asked Denmark.
" I guess we could finish watching the movies. That okay?"
"Yeah sounds good."

So Denmark and Ned sat there watching movies, both thinking about things that were weighing on their minds. It was like they both need this, they need each other, even if they never interacted again they felt like this time they would spend would always be cherished in their hearts. A Beautiful fate and their beautiful story.
