As Denmark opened his eyes, he saw that he was snuggled into Ned's arm. For a moment he wonders how he got into this kind of position with Ned, but soon remembers the events of last night. When Denmark was trying to plan what he should do, Ned had already been up for a while, but this went unnoticed by the man on his arm for now. Ned smirked at Denmark and lifted his cigarette to his mouth. Ned always kept a lighter and a pack of cigarettes in his nightstand. Ned's smoking went unnoticed by Denmark, since he was trying to figure out what to do. Settling on his plan to avoid awkwardness in this situation, Denmark looked up. Ned looked in front of him, he knew that Denmark was looking at him now. He decided to let Denmark think he didn't see him. Ned looked nice smoking the cigarette. Ned was awake which ruined Denmark's plan, and that meant he had to figure out a new one.
But as Denmark looked at Ned, he was entranced. He had never seen the tulip man's hair without big amounts of gel in it. With Ned's hair down it made the country look less intimidating and a lot more ... Handsome admitted Denmark. And as Denmark is taking in the unfamiliar look, Ned looks down to see him and for a moment they look closely at each other's eyes. Ned stared deep into the Icey blues of Denmark's eyes, that he felt he was standing in the wintery place. Denmark gazed into Ned's eyes. They were complex. At first glance one would only see green eyes, but there was more to them than that. The green contained golden and deep blue flecks, and to Denmark it almost felt like you were in a field at sunset that was turning into the night sky. What felt like several minutes to the two was really only seconds for the world around them. And once they broke the deep stare, Denmark's head began to spin.
"Good morning," spoke Ned as he broke the silence in the room. "Morning," replied Denmark still curled up on Ned. "Are you comfortable like that?" Asked Ned referring to Denmark's position. "Oh! I'm sorry if it hurts," said Denmark as he got off of Ned's arm. "No. No it's fine. It didn't hurt, but it was a little numb," responded Ned with his cigarette in his mouth. He rubbed and moved the arm a bit so that it wouldn't be numb. Denmark leaned against the headboard of the bed. "Sooo..", said Denmark not knowing what to say.
"Did you finish cleaning the kitchen?" Asked Ned in a serious tone.
"Yeah, I did." "That's good," says Ned. Denmark rubs his left arm ,"Hey Ned." "Yeah?" "Do you mind if I stay here for couple of days?" "And what if I do mind? I mean you did ransack my kitchen in the middle of the night and then I find you cuddled up on me in my own bed?" Ned puts out the cigarette in the ashtray. Denmark blushes and responds, "Yeah, sorry for that." "Hmmm." He continues, "and why would I let you stay here? Can't you go home?" " Well the thing is Norway and I had a huge fight and even though I'm more separated from the other Nordics . And since no one lets me crash at their places, I was wondering if I could crash here at least till Norway calms down?" "I don't like the word 'crash' how bout visit or something like that?" "Is that a yes?" Ned pauses for a little while before replying "No."
