Steve's Imagine (Requested for Niall_lover78)

"Hey Evelyn!" my coach shouted running up to my as I packed away my gymnastic bag.

"Hey Alexia! What's up?" I replied slinging the bag over my right shoulder. 

"I just wanted to say you were amazing today! That triple back flip you did really blew me away!" she said smiling widely.

"Thanks Alexia! Bye I'll see you tomorrow at 9:00am" I said returning the smile and waving goodbye.

"Alright Evelyn" she smiled warmly while walking away, her long blonde hair flowing behind her.

I honestly think Alexia is the best and most talented gymnast I know. I am so lucky that I am able to work and learn from her.

I was walking down a dirt path on my way to visit Sodapop and Steve at the DX. I would have to say that they are my closest guy friends. Well actually, to be honest I like Steve more than a friend, but nobody knows... NOBODY, and I would like to keep it that way. As I was walking, DX in sight, a red mustang stopped in front of me cutting me off. 

"Aw looks like we got ourselves a little goody-two shoes here" the dark male spoke.

"Looks like I got myself a couple of assholes here" I replied, simply rolling my eyes.

I have to admit, I am very sarcastic when I need to be.

"That's it!" one yelled slapping me across the face, making sure to leave a red mark.

 "Hey, you leave her alone!" I heard a very familiar voice that I loved come from behind me. 

It was Steve and I realized Sodapop tagged along. They easily faught off the Socs for me. 

"Hey Evelyn, you all right?" Steve said kneeling by my side and slowly lifting me to my feet.

"I'm fine" I answered caressing my injured cheek but wincing at the same time.

"Are you sure, you don't seem all right?" Steve said furrowing his eyebrows.

I nodded and smiled trying to convince him. He smiled back making my heart flutter.

"Why don't we walk you over to the gas station and get a Coke?" he said just pointing down the road.

"Sure, I guess" I replied nodding slightly.

Steve, Soda and myself walked over to the DX gas station to grab a Coke just like Steve promised. It turned out we spent the whole night chatting away. Sodapop left about and half an hour ago, leaving me and Steve alone. We ended up playing truth or dare.

"Truth" I said smile widely, enjoying the game.

"Do you like anybody?" he asked.

"Umm.... w-well" I stuttered, blushing like crazy.

"Spit it out, Evelyn" Steve laughed

"You.." I whispered as low as I could.

"Huh?" he questioned not hearing me.

"You!" I said speaking louder and trying to cover my face.

"Don't worry Evelyn... I like me too" he laughed loudley. "I'm just kidding" he said staring into my eyes. "I like you too" he finished while pecking me cheek.
