Here we go again. Running down the street being chased by vampires and werewolves. This never happens in my home of Wintersgale. But there is a blood moon tonight, so that would explain everything. This stupid war is making people go crazy and it's making lose everything they have. I, myself was queen of the entire Ice Quadrant, and I lost my crown to the vampires. I have also lost my siblings, and my love, Krepta to the war. The youngest of my siblings, Flames is now the king of the vampires. And the other, Night, is probably dead. And I am probably the last survivor left.
I luckily found a place to hide for the night, so I stayed there until dawn. When I knew all of the monsters were gone, I set out for my little camp. I got there by sundown, and decided that it isn't safe to go out at night, so I went to sleep so I could leave in the morning. Tonight, I slept peacefully while listening to the wolves song. The next morning, I was awoken to the most beautiful sunrise. It spoke to me with it's brilliant colors. "You've made it, you've seen us rise into the sky with our bright lights shining in your eyes" it said as I watched. I smiled, and collected my few possessions. I looked to the sky one last time, then walked out of my old home.
A few moments later, I was tackled by a dark silhouette. It was the figure of a vampire. Terrified, I created a shield, which was easily broken. I punched it, and started to run out of Wintersgale. But soon, I was caught. A tear fell from my eye, because I knew what was going to happen to me. It came up to me, and said these words exactly. "Your time, Queen Frost, is up." Then he grabbed me by my shoulder, and bit me in between my right shoulder and the right side of my neck. In moments, I fainted due to the power of the vampire venom.
A few hours later, I awoke to the feeling of snow on my face. My eyes fluttered open, and I felt strange. My hair felt much shorter, and I had a new set of bat wings. I tried to stand, and when I got to my feet, I felt a logic defying pain in my neck. My clothes were changed, and I was in a beautiful red dress with strands of ribbon around my waist. I didn't want to think about it, but now I am a part of the war I never wanted to be a part of in the first place.
I set out to find the vampire territory. Which is probably somewhere in the Fire Quadrant. At this point, I had crossed the border and was in the Grass Quadrant. I shed a few tears at points in time, because this was where Krepta and I used to meet before anyone knew of our love story. This was where we ran through the fields, without a care in the world. And if he and I were together again, I wouldn't have such a dead heart.
