I got a call really early in the morning from my dad she said that me and July needed to come to the hospital immediately. So I went in to Julys room to wake her up and she jumped out of nowhere and scared the shit out of me! "I heard your phone ring who's dying mom or dad I hope it's both" she said with a smile " no one is dying I don't think now get dressed we're going to the hospital" I went back to my room and threw on some sweatpants and a t-shirt I put my hair in a messy bun and uggs on grabbed my jacket and July and we left to go to the hospital. I turned on some music to lighten the mood "I hate this song change it" " you hate every song July" "that's not true" "fine name one song you like" "umm... I walk alone by green day" "I hate that song I'm not playing it" "come on Rebecca please" "okay that is the first time you have ever said please to me first of all and second no I'm not playing it" July pulled out her headphones from her bag and her iPod and cranked the song so that I could here it as well "ahhhhhhhg your so annoying you little brat" I decided to play my music really loud to so that she could here mine I was playing California girls and singing to it as well "CALIFORNIA GIRLS WHERE UNDENIABLE DIESIE DUKES BIKINIS ON TOP SUN KISSED SKIN SO HOT WE'LL MELT YOUR POPSICLE" "SHUT UP" she screamed so I turned it off and she turned here's off and we decided not to listen to any music at all. When we got to the hospital I found a perfect spot right out front of the hospital dad was waiting right outside. "Girls when you come in you have to be on your best behaviour okay?" "Sure" I replied for both of us. "Can you tell us what happened" I asked "your mother was running to the perating room with the tool they needed and slipped on the wet floors because some idiot had mopped the floor that they where not to supposed to. So she slipped and fell on the tool and it went strait through her chest it broke two ribs and damaged her lungs really bad." "Oh my god is she okay can we see her?" "Yes you can see her Rebecca but she is in a lot of pain so she might be a little edgy" "okay we'll be super nice" I replied. July I guess was in shock cause she wasn't talking to anyone and had the hood on her black hoodie up so we couldn't see her face. When we got to moms room dad quietly opened the door and hustled us in "hi honey the kids are here to see you" "Rebecca is she here?" "Yes honey Rebecca and July are both here. Would you like to talk to them?" "Yes but one at a time July first." July walked over and took her hood off I could tell that she had been crying she have mom a light hug and they started talking.
Dad brought me outside so they could be alone. "How is school going Rebecca" "good we have a lot of projects though" "that's good how is Samuel?" "He's good it's our anniversary tomorrow so he's taking me somewhere special told me to wear something nice!" "That's exiting what did you get him?" "I got him a gold watch" "that's a nice gift. Do you think he'll like it?" "I know he will he told me he wanted a watch" just then July rushed out of the room crying and said mommys not breathing" dad rushed in to the room and called a bunch of other doctors. I held July in my arms as I watched them try to wake up mom and give her oxygen but nothing seemed to be working finally they had to stop. I ran into the room screaming "WHY ARENT YOU HELPING HER SHES DYING DO SOMETHING DONT JUST LET HER DIE I DIDNT GET TO SAY GOODBYE" I grabbed the oxygen tank and let the oxygen flow out and into her chest I saw it rise and fall rise and fall the doctors looked astonished like I had just brought her back to life after a minute doing this my mom grabbed me and and kissed me and held me in her arms I had just brought her back to life all the doctors cheered July ran into the room and into my arms "you saved mommy" "yeah I guess I did" I looked at my mom and smiled she smiled back. I knew she couldn't talk so I didn't push her my dad ran in and looked so surprised what happened "Rebecca saved mommy" "Rebecca is this true" "I guess" all the doctors shook my hand and congratulated me. I was astonished I was in shock I couldn't breath so I passed out cold. The next thing I knew I was lying in a hospital bed beside my mom she was staring at my with her blue eyes "Rebecca sweetie you saved me I am forever in your debt" "mom what happened why am I in a hospital bed?" "You where so over whelmed that you passed out cold" "what time is it?" "It's six am" "I have to go I'm going to be late for school I hoped out of the bed grabbed my clothes and ran out the door. My car was right where I left it I jumped in and drove home when I got home it was six thirty I was going to be late I jumped into the shower for 5 mins then jumped out I did my makeup curled my hair put on some nice jeans and a really cute blouse that my mom had got me some nice winter heals and went to school luckily my jacket was still in my car from the night before.
