Chapter 3

«Lucas»

I was sitting comfortably on the couch with Georgia laying on my lap. I was smiling at her as she kept favouriting and retweeting every single one of Jack Barakats tweets. She blushed when she had noticed I was watching what she was doing. She smiled innocently and took a peek at my phone I quickly shoved my phone away from her when I noticed I got a message from Alicia.

Luke I can't do this anymore, I've done something terrible I'm so sorry I love you so much Luke..

Tears started to Prick my eyes as I read the message. Georgia was watching me with a worried look on her face.

To: {Alicia <3}

Baby what are you talking about?

From: {Alicia <3}

No, no I've done something really bad Luke. I messed up big time, please I just want you to know that I love you and i always have I promise.

To: {Alicia <3}

Alicia stop being ridiculous.

From: {Alicia <3}

No, no I'm so sorry Luke I've been seeing someone else. At first it was just a one night stand I never thought I would end up seeing him again and again. And I think I'm in love with him, Luke I'm so sorry you deserve so much better.

At that point I was so emotionally unstable that I couldn't function properly and I didn't have the strength to reply to her so I left without explaining anything, leaving Georgia absolutely speechless and concerned.

It had been at least an hour since Luke had left without an explanation, me and Amy were starting to get really worried and had been driving around Western Sydney looking for him for the past hour.

"Amy I'm really scared, he's been missing for an hour now" I sighed, "w-what if he did something stupid!"

"Georgia he will be fine trust me just take a deep breath."

I did exactly what she told me and It definitely made me feel better. I had left him voice mails and messages the same with Alicia but she hasn't answered me either.

"Georgia we've basically looked everywhere I think I should take you home and let you get some rest."

"But I can-"

"Yes you can" she cut me off, "he will be back in the morning I promise."

I nodded my head and she quickly gave me a hug before reversing back in the car and heading towards my place. We had arrived at my place and I quickly grabbed my things before thanking Amy a thousand times for helping me.

I got my keys out of my hand bag and unlocked the door and slowly walked inside. I looked outside as I saw a suspicious car pull in. I left the front door open, the porch light shinning onto my toe ring. That's when Luke came out of nowhere and pulled me into a tight hug. I looked up at him noticing his puffy eyes and sticky cheeks. "Lukey," I cried into his shoulder.

He kissed my cheek while muttering a "sorry" into my shoulder. "I was so worried I thought you did something stupid," I pouted.

"I'm sorry," he sighed.

I pulled out of his hug and pulled him over to the couch while closing the door behind me.

We both sat down together and I looked up at him giving him a serious and concerned glaze.
