Today was Ashen birthday, I don't expect anything special to happen, if it didn't happen to me, why would it happen to him. After all today he'll find out who is his mate and take the place as the luna.

I place the last touching on Ashen birthday cake, just before Amber see me taste the sweet icing she rush in swiftly pushing me in the cupboard slamming it shut as Ashen Cinnamon Apple scent hit me with full blast causing my inside to feel giddy.

"Hey Amber," he said in a soothing voice which for some reason sound like a soft raspy melody.

"Hey cutie," she said in her high pitch voice probably flickering her lashes at him as she hide the cake from his view. I peep through the board to see that Amber have covered the cake with a huge container while Ashen was busy going through the fridge.

"Have you seen her yet?" Amber asked almost in a whisper leaning against the table.

"No, Have you seen Carina?" He answered sounding a bit annoyed as he glare in the position where I was hiding.

"Yea, she went out with a few friends." Amber answered with a smile.

"I have a feeling that she's the Luna."she said calmly and politely.

"Yea,"he said sounding a bit dragged.

"ok, got to go and talk to dad, see you at the party later." he walk out.

The cupboard door burst open as I stumble out almost falling on my face.

"Finish!" she bark before rushing out to read her novel, leaving me to do her work. I quickly finish decorating the cake, making sandwiches and other stuff before everyone arrive for the Alpha party.

I was busy wiping the counter in the kitchen as Ashen scent fill my nostrils but this time it was mix with a sweet cherry scent. I turn to see Carina and Ashen making out and all of a sudden I fell nauseous and let the glass slip from my hand, Just before I could hit the ground. I felt an electric shock run through my body, warming my inner soul, vanishing all the bruise, burden and years of pain slip away. It makes me feel whole and safe.

I flicker my eyes open to see two pairs of musky green eyes glaring at me with lust, happiness but there was hatred behind it.

"Mate!" I heard my wolf whimper softly before disappearing again. How the hell did she do that.

"Your my mate!" I said causing everyone turn in our direction as Ashen eyes turn to pitch black and left me continue my journey to the cold titled.

"You liar!" Carina shouted before giving me a kick in the stomach causing me to grip my stomach.

"I'm his mate, you worthless bitch." Carina shouted again as Ashen father came into the clearing.

"Why did you lie?" Alpha asked as I tried to breath.

"Your just like your stupid mother, a liar, whore and everything disgusting." Ashley spat before throwing her glass of wine on me.

Everyone started to throw glasses and half bitten food in my direction calling me names as the guys torture me by fisting and kicking me. I glance at my mate and watch as he hugged Carina tightly causing everything in me to rip to unknown pain. I reach for section of my heart that was pumping visciously it was like everyone word, every abuse, every asualt was ripping me to thread. I grasp for breath, as they all kick me.

"Ashen is Carina your true mate?" I heard his father asked loudly. I couldn't see his reaction but I could feel the rejection coming.

"Yes," he answered, I scream out in agony gripping my head, it scatter my thoughts of happiness to no where. My heart was breaking and there's was no way I was going to survive. I shake uncontrollable as someone grabbed my the arm into the house, The person dragged me down the wooden title as someone kicked the dungeon open before they kick me down the stone step, slamming the door shut.
