I just had this cool idea for a HoO head cannon. (It's before BoO)
Leo and the Stolls played a serious prank on Chiron: they made his wheelchair malfunction. Somehow, the Stolls manage to blame Leo. As punishment, he has to help Mr D and Chiron in the Big House.
One day, he's helping organise the old Oracle's room. He finds Aphrodite's scarf and picks it up, smelling the perfume. Instead of falling madly in love with the goddess, a vision of Calypso on her island appears. Somehow, his love for Calypso had activated the scarf, because his true love wasn't Aphrodite in the perfect form. It was Calypso.
I had a few fan girl moments there! Caleo forever!
