Part 21

 "So what? We're all just supposed to hide?" Sasuke asked, scowling at the thought. He didn't want to just run and hide like a coward.

"I understand how you feel, but you can't beat them," Naruto said sternly. "Even I could hardly keep my own while we sparred."

"How strong are you?" Kiba asked, looking from Naruto to Sasuke. "Sasuke is the strongest guy I know. No offense, but it seems he may be stronger."

Tenten, Lee, Shino and Jiraiya snorted. Shaking her head, Tenten laughed. "No, Naruto's pretty strong. We've never been able to beat him."

"Well it's not like I've ever been able to beat you either," Naruto said with a roll of his eyes. "You guys, thanks to him, are as strong as I am."

"Wait, were you trained by that guy you keep talking about?" Neji asked, saying something for the first time in many hours.

"Yeah, and he's no joke," Naruto said with a groan. "None of us here could stop those three from killing anyone, trust me."

"Spar with me," Sasuke said, an eye narrowed. "I need to see how serious this is." Naruto sighed exasperatedly, but shrugged. Jiraiya laughed a little and told everyone to back up.

Sasuke watched every move Naruto made. The blond was annoyingly quick. He was too fast for any of the weapons Sasuke currently had, which all embedded into the wall behind. Next thing Sasuke knew, there was an arm around his shoulder and a kunai at his throat. Naruto shook his head.

"This doesn't prove my strength, but know that they're faster. They've killed very strong foes from how fast they are alone, when they normally could not kill from strength. It's a fight you cannot win." Naruto pulled his arm back and withdrew the kunai.

"Are you stronger, or are they stronger than you as well?" Sasuke asked, rubbing his neck, though Naruto had done no damage.

"I'd say we're stronger," an unknown voice said. Tenten gasped, and she, Naruto, Shino and Lee turned to the sound, looking panicked. Sasuke almost groaned when he saw three cloaked figures.

"It's been awhile, you four," one said with a chuckle. "Especially you, Naruto." The figure circled Naruto, a hand running along Naruto's back.

"He's not happy with you, you know," the middle one said with a shrug. Naruto's eyes narrowed and he jumped away from the one circling him.

"Why's he here?" he asked, pointing to the creepy one. The said creepy one chuckled and stood back in his position.

"His way of going easy on you, I suppose," the third said. "It was cruel though, wasn't it? He knows how much you hate him." Sasuke's eyes widened when he realized it was a girl.

"Going easy by sending Orochimaru?" Naruto asked in disgust. "I prefer Nagato." Tenten stood right beside Naruto.

"It's nice to see you again, Kaguya," she said respectively with a small nod of her head. The cloaked female returned it.

"Even Zetsu is welcome in my opinion," Lee was saying with a shake of his head, "just as long as that creep isn't here."

"Whatever," Orochimaru growled. "We're here to do our job. Stop with the pleasantries."

"Oh, but Nagato would have been nice and talked to us," Naruto said, trying desperately to gain more time.

"Who cares about what he would do?" Zetsu said with a shrug. "Your attempts are getting boring. I want to go home, so let's end this."

"You know we can't fight you right now," Naruto said, "but if you hurt even one of them, we won't be so forgiving. I'll accept my death, but I won't let you hurt them."

"If you do that, he'll make you watch as they die before he kills you," Kaguya said. "And if we report that you stood against us, he'll be very angry. At us too."

"A few more weeks?" Naruto asked hopefully.

"Three," Kaguya said with a nod. Then they were gone. Naruto sighed, knowing he'd just thrown away his life. They'd granted him a favor, but in return, he'd die for it. He was glad however, that Zetsu was as lazy as he was. He wouldn't want to fight Naruto and the others yet. They also probably wanted Nagato before they attacked, meaning he was probably on a mission. Naruto groaned when he realized it meant there was going to be lots of training in the next few weeks.

"We've got to start now," Naruto said, receiving a nod from Tenten. Ignoring everyone's confused looks, Naruto began walking. "We need to train."

Okay, I've got no idea how to write fight scenes! I think I made that obvious...I try, and then it just get's really stupid and unrealistic so, yeah...Do you guys like reading my note things at the end of the parts? I always enjoyed them when I read them (when a writer would do them) but I understand they can get annoying. Oh, and my sis is making me do this questionnaire thingy, and she wants me to put it on here, so, you guys can learn more about me if you want...Cause I'm so interesting...Thanks so much for reading!
