Chapter 1: My new career

It was April 2012, I was a 16 year old KSI General who was in command of a squad called wildfire (which had 64 members at the time). I was trying to discover a new clan to see what the rest of the community was like in halo reach because the the only clan experience I had was from KSI. At the time I was partly an ambassador making friendships with clans like HSA who I used to have a close relationship with.

Near The end of my KSI career I searched off the internet for halo reach clans during a time when Reach was in its hay day with clans like FLCM, Navcom, and the UFF were flourishing. And what I found was the USSR, a clan which had been around for about 2-3 year which was created by a Canadian Communist Known as Turk3y Burg3r but was lead by a 12 year kid called Russian Carrot.

What I learned from my research was that it was an old clan and it was strong, even considered a power in the clan community. So I messaged Russian Carrot and requested a meeting, and sure enough I got a quick reply. Carrot was excited for the meeting cause He saw my name, and knew I was apart of KSI because my gamertag back then was KSI Darkness UD.

I asked him a few questions about his clan, like when it was created, what do they do, how many divisions, etc. back then I never knew about the Raiding Community as a whole because KSI was more of a friendly community, we never had raids back then. But thanks to Russian Carrot I discovered the raiding community. He did offer me a position in his clan, but I refused because of my position in KSI and I bided him farewell.

Fast forwarding a few week later the leadership of KSI decided to demote me thinking that I wasn't active with my member when that wasn't the case. I quit a week after that with a wave of clan invites, but I accepted the offer made by the Soviet Union as a test run in the community, that test run changed everything.
