Chapter 3: The Battle for Safe House Bravo

Everyone with the Soviet emblem in that game was killed and spawned back in Hemorrhage with sniper fire wizzing by us as we tried to take cover. Confusion reigned in that game as everyone was wondering how did fleetcom get in and why BIOHAVOC betrayed us.

As soon as I spawned I didn't know what to do, I was confused on where to go, and what to do cause I had never been In a raid before that point. It took me ten minutes before someone said "hey your KGB right?" I replied with a simple yes as we were hiding near a cave with sniper shot flying right next to our position. The soldier then replied saying "Russian Carrot ordered all KGB Officers to join his party immediately." So that was exactly what I did.

I got an invite and joined the party, inside the party were two well known KGB Officers, one named KSI Security who knew about my background. He was leader of Alpha Group the Counter terrorism branch of the KGB and along with him was his right hand man DavelovesDrug who was a fully ethnic russian who had a love for his former country. Both of these men did not know me at first, in fact I don't know if they even trusted me but in time we did create a bond. When I reached the party Russian Carrot wanted me to get to the Water cave to get ready for a special forces operation. The idea was for the ground soldiers to distract the defending force while we sneaked on in.

We started our journey by coming out of the water cave fully crouched and not shooting at any enemy that came by, we went all the way to the wall which divide Hemorrhage from the big cave. We tried to get inside to the front door but the enemy thought ahead and had shot gunners at the entrance so we went back to square one.

All of our tactics were ideas you would think a special forces unit would do, basically we hid in bushes and tried to sneak in. It was a different experience to that I had in KSI where we only did normal custom games and maybe clan battles against MEA. But this was a new experience as we really did have to fight like a unit, and work as a unit.

After we respawned we made another attempt but the plan changed it a little bit. Instead of attacking from the front of the wall we decided to climb the mountain to the left side of the wall (which if I'm correct was Mt. Romeo) and from their attack the base. We climbed the mountain ridge to the point where no one could see us from below. Unfortunately the ground force never made any real progress, infact I sometimes forgot there was a ground force. but while we were up on that ridge gunshots seemed to almost dissipate, so the FLCM force used search helicopters to look for us. We stayed in crouch as the the helicopter went past us not knowing that we were in the hills. As they passed we had to do a sprint jump to make sure we could get to our objective. Everyone went up the hill but when it was my turn. I fell to the ground and landed in a line of trees

When I hit the ground I thought about what to do, but as I was thinking an enemy soldier who died and was trying to get out of the spawn went in the middle of hemorrhage waiting for a helicopter to pick him up. I could have tried to kill him but a helicopter landed before I fired a shot. It landed, picked up the soldier and left. I was completely still, watching this process hoping that no one saw me as I was waiting for this chopper to leave.

After the falcon left I decided to try to get to the wall again. And do what me and my team mates did the last time. But when I got inside the gate there were two soldiers on the other side of the gate and between us was a shield door. We all stared at each other just waiting for one side to go through the shield. The when one of them tried to get through the shield I tried to kill him but unfortunately his buddy killed me first.

Once again I was back to square one though this time my squad mates were back and we tried to get in again.

To make this short because this battle was took very long we tried several attempts to get into the base and we have even gotten in, but we failed to keep it under our control. In the end we lost that battle and later was put on YouTube by BIOHAVOC. But that battle helped me to get a taste of a community that would shape part of my life for the next 3 years. And I have never forgotten that battle.
