I knocked on the door profusely and waited on the steps. It had been a while since I've been on this side of town and quite frankly I just wanted to get this shit over with.

The door unlocked and cracked open slightly before I shoved it open, storming inside of the disgusting dingy apartment. Flies were everywhere and the most god awful stench was in the air.

"How the fuck did you-" before he could finish his sentence I picked him up off the ground and slammed him into the wall. My fist had him in a tight hold as I stared into his low eyes.

"Look here you mother fucker. My girls life is on the line because of you're cowardice. Now I got some fucking question and apparently you have the all the answers. Now don't make me throw you across this fucking room like a rag doll," I spat as I released him. He fell to the floor with a thud and stared up at me. "Get your sorry ass up off the floor." I walked deeper into the house and found myself in what looked like the living room. The couch was torn up and on the coffee table were three lines made of coke. "I see you were busy," I scoffed.

"You want answers or not?" He mumbled. I nodded as he sat down and sighed. "Benzino Gonzalez. He was one of the biggest running cartels around way back when. He had originally recruited me and I had never told Lily. We had finally broken away from our last business and I knew she wouldn't approve. But money was short and we needed it so I took the job.

"Things started off pretty good. I was making way more money and I was managing to keep Lily from finding out. But I started using just about everything there is... I would come home late all the time... I would hit Lily... shit I even fucked Benzino's daughter Sasha a couple of times. But because I thought I was the shit I didn't care. But then, I started losing money because I wasn't taking as many jobs as I used to. So I started taking their product for myself. And when Benzino found out... shit went south. He cared more about his money than his own family. So I tried to keep shit under wraps for a while. But eventually it caught up to me, and Lily. So Benzino and I made a deal. In order to spare Lily's life I had to do one thing: take the fall for Benzino.

"He had several FBI agents watching him closely and that meant moves weren't being made because he wanted to keep things cautious. So he purposely filmed videos of him selling in front of one of the many trap houses but he was sure to not show his face. With this evidence there's no doubt it would put him away for at least a few years. So I would put a story together with Benzino for my testimony and that would be it. But later I found out that he wasn't selling on that tape at all... he had shot and killed a man instead. So with no other option... I went to the FBI and they help put a plan together to fake my death. I already had the evidence for them so dying seemed the best thing for me and Lily. I wasn't trying to hurt her I wanted to protect her but I was being selfish.

"Anyway Benzino found out about me being a snitch so the FBI had to move quickly. And before I knew it our house was up in flames and I was gone. Leaving Lily to believe that Benzino had killed me himself and that I had cut a deal with him to spare her life. I didn't even get a chance to write her a letter or tell her I love her. I left her, and I thought that was best for her," he sobbed. His face was buried in his hands as he wept. I wish I could say I had even just the slightest bit of sympathy for him but I didn't.

"Look, Kehlani has been through hell and high water because of what you did. If anything she needed you more than anything right then. But that's not why I'm here. I want to know where Benzino is. How do I find him?" I folded my arms across my chest.

"You aren't going to find Benzino. He-"

"I wasn't asking you can I find him. I want to know how."
