"Haeri!" An unfamiliar male voice called on me.
"Haeri wake up!" He called again.
Who is this guy? I thought to myself.
"Haeri! Come on, wake up now."
"Wake up, Haeri.."
I gasped as I opened my eyes, looking around in an unknown place. A room with two beds. The curtain was red with a stitch of black flower, there was a painting hanging on the wall. Basically the room was like a hotel room. Like the cheap hotel rooms. I pulled up my heavy body away from the bed.
"There, you're awake. Thank godness." A male voice said beside me.
I looked sharply at the guy. He was wearing a white cape, like an armor with a cape behind with some blue circle design in the shoulder. He has a sword on his waist, his hair is blonde and he has a blue eyes.
"Who are you!?" I panicked, realizing that I didn't know this person. He looked so weird with tha outfit of him. He looked like an Archangel, as what I've seen in some paintings.
"My name is Reuel.. And I am your guardian angel."
I couldn't help myself but to burst out. This guy? Guardian Angel? The hell is wrong with this guy? Does he think that I will believe in him? Dang.
"Yeah? Guardian Angel you say..." I suddenly remember the guy before I pass out, "Then that guy, he's a demon?"
The guy looked down on me and nod.
"Wow. Ah, wait. Are you a new cast of Supernatural? Because dude, this is hilarious. You? Guardian Angel? Damn."
"I don't care if you believe or not. I just have to do my work here."
I clapped my hands, laughing, "You're my guardian angel but you don't care about me? Aww, don't be like that. Your god will punish you."
It seemed like the guy, that Reuel guy got annoyed. He went outside, banging the door close. I couldn't believe that humans are really crazy. I mean, yeah humans are crazy but I never thought that I will meet someone that crazy to the point that he even thinks he is my guardian angel. Like what the hell? Though, I admit he nearly got me there because of how he looks. Not just the way he dress but also his face. You know that angelic face? Yeah he has that.
The guy in black, I was starting to think that he may be a real demon. That's what I saw on Supernatural. Like if there's a demon around, the lights will flicker and eventually die. But I still don't think that what happened was a Supernatural thing. That was just a TV show.
"Now, I don't care if you'll believe..." Angel Guy said as he entered the door, wearing a different clothings. Human clothes specifically, "but you're in a great danger Haeri."
Arms crossed, I laughed at him, "Guardian Angelㅡ"
"Reuel. Call me Reuel"
This man is really annoying, "O-okay, Reuel. I'm not really sure who's crazy between us but I think that's you because of what you're saying."
He sat down on the bed and took a sword from his pocket. How did he do that was out of this world. Though, it made me think that he was telling the truth. However, why would I believe him, "Call me crazy or liar or whatever you want but I'm telling the truth.
"I know that you're just waiting for a proof, but I'm ain't showing you anything. Cause the guy back there was the biggest proof, Haeri.
"Now I don't care if you believe or not." He nagged while cleaning his sword.
No one can blame me why I did not believe him. When I was young, I was a church kid. I was so holy, until their God took my parent's life. How would I supposed to believe in his existence with that? I was surrounded by darkness for the past four years. I grew up not having any friends or anyone whom I can lean on and that's because of their God.
And now a guy claming that he's an angel will tell me that I am at great danger and he's here to help me? I was in a great danger since they took my parent's life.
"Listen, Haeri, that guy was a demon. He wanted to have your soul, and we're here to stop him. I was commanded by the godㅡ "
"You know what, you're crazy! There is no god!" I snapped at him before storming out of the room.
I heared him call my name but I did not waste any time looking back, because I don't wanna listen to any word he'll say.
