Chapter 9 Desperate

Aphmau's POV:

I see Rowan on the bed in the guard tower passed out, Angel ran to him holding his hand as tears fell down her face, I turn to see Garroth come into the room, he kissed me on the cheek, he looks over to Angel and Rowan and immediately gets a worried look formed on his face,

"What happened?"

"Cut to the arm, and the infection has spread through his body"

Garroth nods and walks over to Rowan inspecting his cut, Dante comes in with some medicine

"His cut has poison all in it, he only has about a week to live if we don't do something,"

I look outside and see a figure in the woods, I point it out to Angel, she wipes her tears and sprints out, I wonder why she did that

Angel's POV:

I am at Rowan's side when Aphmau points out a figure in the woods, I notice instantly who it was and sprint out to the figure, I get to him and stop, I stare at his brown eyes, he ruffles his brown hair as his light skin shines in the sun ( no he is not a vamp chill out xD ) 

"Austin..."

"Hey Angel, I know that.."

I hugged him tight as I cry into his shoulder, I try talking but only mumbles come out of my mouth,

"Wow! Wow! Wow! Angel! Calm down! What happened?!"

I let go and took a deep breath as I started from the beginning, as I got to the end I could see fire in his eyes, 

"Who is that mother fucker who did that to you."

"Austin I don't know if--"

"Tell me!"

I back away with my eyes wide, his eyes widen and he turns away

"Sorry..."

"It's fine follow me"

Austin nods as I lead him to the guard tower, 

"Just wait there ok Austin, if you hear anything bad going on come inside ok?"

he nods as I head inside it was empty, apart from Laurence being in there next to Rowan circling his body, I enter as Laurence looks up, he smirks and comes over to me and tries to kiss me, I push him away

"What did I say?! if you want Rowan alive do what I say!"

he gets his sword and grabs my arm, 

"NO LAURENCE WAIT!"

To late, he had cut my arm, I screamed in pain as Austin came inside, he punched Laurence out of the way, Aphmau and Garroth came running in Garroth pulled Austin back, Laurence got up and tired to run away but I stopped him

"Whats going on here?!"

"F..First....Garroth...Let go of h..him"

Garroth lets go of Austin and he walks over to me pulling me close, I gave him a look as he lets go

"That asshole cut Angel with his sword!"

Aphmau and Garroth turned to Laurence, he looks at them both and runs out the door, Garroth yells after him and gets Dante,Dale and Brian they all head out and go after Laurence, I could feel a pain in my arm, I see this green stuff, I weakly looked at Austin and Aphmau then.

Black.....

Rowan's POV:

I walk around the dark Shadow Plains holding my bow in hand, I hear walking behind me, I get my bow and arrow and aim at the noise, I am about to shoot when I hear a familiar angelic voice

"WAIT! DON'T IT'S ME! ANGEL!"

I lower my bow as Angel comes into sight, I run up to her and hug her tight, we let go as she wraps her arms around my neck and kisses me, I kiss back, I loved her, but why was she here?
