Revenge of the Unknown

We were one year old when we were expiremented on.  Scientists took us from our parents, but we're kind of our own family now.  Our parents don't know what happened to us, but we know who they are and we keep an eye on them through facebook and such. We can't contact them though, it's the unspoken rule.

The scientists injected each of us with a chemical. The chemical had different effects on each of us. I can controll any plant life. My name's W. That's what the scientists first called us, so we just went with it. None of us have real names, just letters. Creative, right?

Everyone here is separated into divisions. There are more divisions than just us, but we don't really know any of the others. In our division is me, X, Y, Z, Q, U, S, V, and J. R and T died from getting shocked by tazers. They tried to excape and find their homes, but the security caught up with them and they tried to fight them off. I didn't work out so well. 

Everyone in our division is 16, except for J. She's 5. I take care of her more than anyone, but we all love her. She hasn't gotten her powers yet, we usually get them when we're around 10 years old. X can shapeshift., she's my sister, we're fraternal twins. Y can turn invisible, she's the funniest. Z can turn into and control water. Her and Y are inseperable. Q can make force fields and shock things, he's quiet most of the time but he's really cool. S can control and turn into fire, he's the smart one. U can fly, he's stupid but in a funny way. V can control weather, he's the weird one. I can control any plant life and I can talk to animals. I'm the the one that always gets in trouble. 

Life here at camp is pretty good, but I think all of us have wished some point that we never got taken all those years ago.

 Are we ever going to leave this place? Are we ever going to have normal lives? Can we even survive out there with these powers?
