Revenge of the Unknown

Chapter 1

W's Perspective~

"Everyone in division with names P through Z come to the board room please," blared the loud speakers through our house. 

"Yay.." said y sarcastically as almost everyone else moaned. A meeting in the board room meant news, and news from our supervisors is never really good.

It was Saturday morning, so that meant no school. Everyone buzzed around the house as we got ready for the day. Clanking from the kitchen, the TV blaring in the living room downstairs, and probably Y and X getting ready upstairs while U and V are still sleeping. Just a typical day in our division. 

We walked out of our two story house, gliding past the school, cafe, and the pool to the main building. The camp is set up pretty much like a campus, but better. The only thing different is we have a little more luxury, and we're surrounded by a forest in the middle of no where. It's never too cold or too hot, and it barely rains, so we can't really tell where we are. Our supervisors won't tell us anyway. 

We walked into the huge main building, down the hall and into the conference room. We knew the drill. We all took our usual seats as our supervisors greeted us. There was Dr. Johnson, the head of the camp, his assistant Dr. Park, and Dr. Griffin, the head of our division. He was like a father to us, he's always been there for us and he's really awesome. They all stood there looking serious, almost worried and deep in thought.

"..So what's up?" I asked hesitantly.

"Ah, yes. As you all know, your division is the newest, but right now there is another division coming here with new powers,' said Dr. Griffin as we all gave each other nervous glances. 

"What kinda powers do they have?" Y asked curiously.

"Well, we did some experiments on them as well, but our scientists made a new serum for them. We believe this division has powers, like yours, but different. Some of them may develop super strength. They have the same amount of people in their division as you have in yours."

"Well, why do we need more people with powers?" U asked as he sat up in his chair.

Dr. Johnson glanced at his assistant as Dr. Griffin swallowed. "We're just conducting experiments and trying to perfect the serum," he replied quickly. 

I looked over at Y and we both exchanged concerned looks. It looked like he was lying, but why would he lie to us? Is there something going on? 

"But that's all we needed to tell you. Sorry to interrupt your morning. Any more questions?' Said Dr. Johnson, interrupting my train of thought.

"No, nope," We all responded nonchalantly.

"Ok, well you may leave now. Thank you for your time." We all got up and left the room quietly. As we left the buldiing, I walked up to Y.

"What was up with that?" I asked her.

"I don't know, but it definitely looked like something else's goin' on.."

"I know right, but I wonder what.."
