RIHANNA POV
This was every scary movie I had ever seen before.

I pulled the string above my head, barely illuminating any of the attic.

There were so many shadows cast on the walls, ceiling, and floor that even if someone was up here, I wouldn't be able to tell.

"I know you're up here." It was a guess, but probably the best guess I could make. "What are you so afraid if little bitch?" I taunted her more and more as I made my way around the attic, looking behind furniture and boxes.

I didn't necessarily want to find anyone up there, but I desperately needed to find someone up there. I knew I wasn't crazy, but I needed proof.

As I made my way around a stack of boxes I heard something crash to the ground behind them.

A box of Christmas ornaments had been turned over. One had escapes the box and shattered onto the floor.

"Stop running from me. Just come out." I raised the gun, pointing it about head to cheat level depending on whoever was hiding up here. "You'll make it easier on yourself if you just come out."

There was just one more set of boxes I hadn't looked behind. This was my last chance to clear my mind.

My heart stopped as I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"Rob, what are you doing up here?"

I moved the gun at my side, Joyce didn't seem to want Chris to see the gun at all.

"I- .. I heard someone. I was in bed and I heard someone I thought it was Joyce but it wasn't. It was another woman."

"B-"

"Don't look at me like I'm crazy it was exactly like- .."

Chris wrapped his arms around me. "Babe there's no one up here.. I'll have Red come over and look just in case there is a killer up here."

I laughed.

"There's that smile." Chris kissed my head and pushed me in front of him back towards the stairs.

I quickly flipped the safety back on the gun and shoved it into the pocket of the basketball shorts I was wearing before heading down the stairs in front of Chris.

Joyce was standing there waiting with her eyes wide.

I shook my head, letting her know Chris hadn't seen it as he came down behind me.

"Nothing up there, just like I said Ma." Chris smiled between the both of us. "Rob I need you to get back in bed."

"Okay I-" I stopped remembering what Joyce had said earlier. "I'm sorry to have interrupted your family time. Why don't you go back to your wife and child? Your bed slave will be waiting for you when you get back."

Chris raised and eyebrow then shot a look over at Joyce.

"No don't look at her. You did that shit."

"It ain't even like that Angel." Chris eased.

"No fuck you. Go have family time with your real family. You were supposed to marry her anyway right?"

"Robyn, stop being difficult."

"Oh, I'm being difficult?" I laughed angrily pushing past him. "Tell your wife I said hi."

"Dammit Ma, see what you do?" Chris growled.

"What I do? I thought you told her!" Joyce yelled back. "In a marriage you always tell your equal the truth, especially when it involves someone you used to have sex with!"

Jasmine was sitting on the couch with Royalty in her arms as I came down the stairs. She smirked at me, playing in Royalty's hair.

Every thing in my heart wanted me to beat the hell out of that bitch. She thought she was so cute.

"Pwetty mad?" Royalty frowned.

"She's a little upset." Jasmine said softly.

"Jas," Chris sighed.

"Daddy movies?" Royalty smiled.

"Go." I smiled at him. "Have fun."

"Daddy, Pwetty, Mommy?"

"I'm sorry RoRo, Pretty doesn't feel too good today. Me and you will have dinner together another time, I'll make your favorite veggies."

"I love veggies."

"You hate vegetables." Jasmine sneered.

"Pwetty love. I love."

"That's my RoRo." I smirked at Jasmine, moving back towards the bedroom.

It was petty but whatever. That bitch was making moves on my husband and he was allowing it. I couldn't just be mad at her alone. Chris played as much part in this as she did.

I quickly stashed the gun in the closet before crawling back in bed, my mind focusing back on the attic. As soon as Chris and his little family were gone. I was going back up there.

"Rob.."

I rolled over. Why couldn't he just leave?

"They left Rob. I'm sorry."

"You can't let your daughter down. You need to spend time with her before we leave."

"I ....." Chris mumbled something.

"What?"

"I said.. I donnoifweshould." He rushed the words together as if trying to keep me from hearing them.

"You don't know what?"

Chris sighed. "I don't know if we should go back to New York."

I laughed.

KARRUECHE POV
Red had had a ball telling me all about Chris, Robyn, and his other family. He'd laughed about it like to was some kind of joke to him.

A joke? Karrueche Tran was NOT a joke. I was the mother of Chris' child. I had his first whether he wanted to remember it or not. My son was his #1.

But now he had replaced both of us. I hadn't believed it before, not when Red told me. But I didn't really have a choice now did I?

I heard them fighting. The crawlspace in the attic had been where Chris and I smoked back in high school when Joyce was home. It was the perfect place to move around the house unnoticed.

Jasmine was beyond jealous of Chris and his little bitch. But that bitch was just as jealous of Robyn, Chris, and that little mistake.

How could he be so heavily invested in this little bitch and her spawn but not in our family? Asshole.

He wanted to stay here with his mommy and his daughter. I would die first.

"They left Rob. I'm sorry."

I frowned. No they hadn't. Chris had just moved them out to the porch. Joyce was still upstairs in her room, crying about something. This was my only chance.

I quickly made my way back to the attic and down the stairs.

JASMINE POV
"Daddy will be out soon Ro, you've just got to wait. He's going to take us out."

At least that's what I hoped. Royalty really did need quality family time.

"No I'll be doing that."

I looked up at the woman in the doorway. I'd seen her somewhere before but I couldn't place her.

"You'll be doing what?"

"Taking you out." She smiled.

I'd never felt so uncomfortable in my life and I had given birth without an epidural, so that was saying something.

"Chris called me. He said he has some news to break to his wife and he thought it would be best for you and his daughter if I got you to a safe place."
