[Chapter 8]

(Lizeth's POV)

I gently dab the wet towel on Jonathan's eye and he hisses at the gentle touches. I back my hand away and look at him to see if he is okay. He takes a deep breath and nods which meant for me to continue.

"He really hit you hard." I sat as I continue to clean around his swollen eye.

"Yea, he did...but I deserved it." I lower my hand to fully see his face. Why would he say such a thing? I set the towel down and look at him, he turns to face me. "What?"

"Jonathan, what do you mean you deserved it?" I ask. He gives me a sad look and his eyes were filled with guilt. I felt my stomach churn at his look.

"Lizeth....I broke down because....I was scared! I don't want to lose you again! Once that guy mentioned you...I lost it and he told me horrible things about you and what they did to you when they had you..." I look at him with a shocked look. Whoever that guy was made a mistake telling Jonathan, I didn't want him to know because he will get really pissed and here we are talking about it. I look down at my feet and I close my eyes so that the memories wouldn't come to me.

"What did they do to you?"

With that, I stood up and ran out of the room and out of the apartment. I look both left and right from the empty hallway and I just ran to the right. I heard footsteps and someone yelling my name but I just kept running towards the stairs.

(Delirious' POV)

"What did they do to you?" I said, breaking the silence that was filling the room. To my surprise, Lizeth stood up and ran out of the room. I got up and ran after her, but I was stopped by Tyler. "What happened?!"

"I mentioned something that hurt her, I didn't know it was that bad! I need to go after her." Once I was gonna run towards the door, Tyler held onto me and motioned Mini, Brock and Evan to go after Lizeth.

"What are you doing?! I need to go after her, what if something happens to her?"

I try to push away from Tyler's strong hold but he wouldn't budge. "Delirious, you can't go out with an injury, you won't be able to see straight with one eye working properly, you stay here okay?" I look at him, sigh and I nod.

"Okay, I hope they get her here safely."

"Don't worry, they will catch her."

(Vanoss' POV)

As we ran after Lizeth, Brock was shouting her name but she wouldn't stop to turn.

"Lizeth! Please stop running!" I yell but she continued on. She ran down the steps and we followed her close behind and once we were closer I grabbed her shoulder and made her turn to face me.

"Lizeth, what happened back there?" I say as I try to catch my breath.

"Nothing okay! I didn't want him to know and he now knows." She says and breaks into tears. I gently hug her and I let her cry on my shoulder.

"Its okay Liz, let it out." She continued crying for about 12 minutes until she calmed down.

"Wanna talk about it?" I ask and we sit at the end of the stairs.

"It happened when they told me to hack the system for a big bank outside of town."

Flashback

"Alright Lizeth, hack the system so that the others can go in." Tony orders but I just sit there ignoring his words.

"Hello? Earth to Lizeth? If you don't listen I am gonna have to punish you." He says as he touches my shoulders and I tense up from the sudden touch. "No...Please don't do this.."

"Well do as I tell you."

"Never...I am not your prisoner!" I say as I clench my fists.

"Well you technically are, so that means you do as I say or else!" He says as he lowers his hands to my sides, slowly stroking.

"I said...I am not your PRISONER!" I yell as I punch him in the face making two men grab me forcefully. Tony stands up and touches his face than grins.

"You're gonna wish you didn't do that." He says.

"Well I did it." I say and he approaches me and starts to touch my body were its most uncomfortable for me.

"You're gonna wish you didn't."

End of Flashback

(Lizeth's POV)

Once I finished telling the story I look down at my feet as a tear slides down my cheek. That night was the night that my virginity was taken away, by force. I wanted it to be taken by a man I truly loved but it was too late now.

I look over at the three guys who had guilt run through their eyes.

"Lizeth...I am so sorry that they did that to you." Mini says as he stands up to pull me into a hug.

"Yea Liz, I can see why you ran away in the first place." Brock says and joins in on the hug. I look at Evan who now had an upset look.

"I am sorry." I break away from the hug and let Evan hug me.

"Your safe with us now." I smile at his words and I cry a little more. I didn't cry because of the past, I cried because I finally found true friends who will be there for me and that will keep me safe from trouble. I have found what I have been looking for.
