[Chapter 9]

(Delirious' POV)

I paced in front of the door, waiting for Evan and them to return with Lizeth. I was getting tired of standing but I am not resting until I see Liz, alive.

"Delirious, why don't you come play some cards with me and Lui." Tyler asks and I stop pacing just to look at him.

"Do you think I want to sit down knowing that Lizeth is out there needing some help?!" I say as I continue pacing. I hear footsteps approaching me and there's Tyler standing in front of me.

"Delirious! You need to calm down, she is fine. Evan probably got her and are on their way right now. She's a tough girl, she can handle herself okay." I look at him with disappointment. I sigh as I look down at my feet. I am being really over protective, I know she can fight... Can she? But I just don't want her to be taken away again....I really don't.

"I have never seen you like this, you must care about her a lot." He adds on and I chuckle at his statement. Yes, its true I care about her more than anything.

"I don't just care about her, I love her." I say in a soft soothing voice, looking up at my piggy masked friend.

"Woah Delirious! Does she know how you feel?"

I thought about that long and hard. She doesn't know and if I tell her, what if she declines my feelings? I know I shouldn't be thinking to hard about this but it may be true....I will never know unless I tell her.

"No, she doesn't know but.... what if she doesn't feel the same way?" I ask looking down at my feet again, but a sudden force was set on my left shoulder. I look up to find Wildcat giving me a smile.

"Do you really think that way? Delirious, your seriously out of your mind! I can tell she feels the same way about you, haven't you noticed how clingy she is around you? Or how she is taking care of you?" He says. He got a point there, but what if she is like that because she sees me as a brother?

"Delirious! Quit thinking too much, everything is gonna go fine okay. You just gotta let her know how you feel, its simple." I sigh and I smile behind my mask. "Thanks man."

"No problem Psycho, just think about it okay?" He says and returns to his game with Lui. I stand there staring at nothing, until I hear the door open behind me. And there she was...

"Oh thank god your okay.." I say as I hug her. She parts away and gives me an upset look.

"Jonathan, I am sorry that I ran off like that....I didn't mean to its just...when you asked what they did to me over there, I broke." She says looking down.
"Liz, it's okay. At least you came back alive, that's all I care about." I say and she looks up at me with a smile I will always remember.

"Now, you wanna tell me?" I ask and she nods, taking me to the sofa.

(Lizeth's POV)

I told him the story and he did what I didn't expect. He stood up and punched the wall making a hole. All the guys came to calm him down and they finally did after about 25 minutes.

"Why would they do such a thing?!" He yells as he covers his face with his hands. I look down, I knew this was a bad idea.

"I swear, once I get my hands on that Tony bitch, I am gonna kill him." He says and I stand up to walk to his room.

I lock the door and I sit on the edge of the bed. I had the time to think about stuff. Like what will happen if Vanoss and them fought the Myst's? I laid back on the bed thinking over and over, until I hear a knock on the door.

"Lizeth?"

I stand up and walk over to the door to unlock and open it.

"Yes?" I say as I look at an upset Delirious. I can tell because of his eyes, even if he is hidden under that mask.

"Can we talk?"

I make room for him to come in and I shut the door. He sits on the tip of the bed and looks down.

"I am sorry I lost control back there....I just got mad." I sit next to him and waited to hear what else he had to say.

"I act like that because....." He takes a deep breath. "Because....I love you...."

Once I heard those words I look at him with shock.

"Jon-" I stop. I was speechless and I didn't know what to say.

"Its okay if you don't feel the same way, I will try not to break down but I just care about you so much..." He says and looks up at me. I felt a sudden chill go down my spine and I take a deep breath.

"Jonathan...I feel the same way..." I finally let those words come out and he stands up with excitement.

"Y-You do?!" I smile and nod my head.

He jumps and rubs his head, than tackles me onto the bed. I look at him and slowly lift his mask to reveal the boy I have known when I was young. I smile at him and he returns the smile. Than I felt his lips against mine.

He parts away and breaths heavily.

"Lizeth, will you be my one and only?" He asks and I blush at the sudden question, I giggle and nod.

"Yes! I will." I say and I kiss him again.

We stop when we hear a knock on the door.

"Hey you lovebirds, we are gonna have a meeting about where we are gonna move to, since the Myst's know where we live now."

Jonathan fixes his mask and stands up, lending me a helpful hand.

"Let's go, my lady~." He says and I laugh.

"I am gonna have to get used to you saying that." I say which made him laugh his signature laughter.

"That's why I picked you." He says and I kiss his mask.
