In the darkness
I have mastered the art
Of rebuilding myself.
From my shattered pieces
I regrew a new me.
One that doesn't feel love
Just a numb sensation.
Within I carry a weight.
So heavy words cannot describe.
Even the devil turns his head to hide.
Life emptied me out slowly.
So I asked one day....
Mirror, Mirror on the wall ....
Was i always meant to fall?
