Part4~I shift so I can get back to the house on time. 'You better hurry...' Eva says. 'Shut up.' I say and I clutch the dirt with my claws. My wolf has always stood out. Most of my pack members have black, grey, amber, and sometimes white. But no one has my coat. I am Blue with purple eyes. Not just any normal blue, neon blue. I begin running at full speed trying to make it. The house is quiet untill and Lukas comes up to me."Where were you Chris, was waiting for you at the park." Lukas says stepping in my way. "I needed some time alone." I say trying to sound like I don't care but I can't shake the feeling of guilt. I was supposed to meet him but instead I kissed some random person named Andrew. I walk past Lukas and get into the bathroom. The water is cold so I don't take long. I get out and change but I smell a familiar scent in my room. Its Andrew, although if Andrew is in here then that means.... "I knew it!" I say jabbing him with my fingernail. I knew you weren't normal. "Yeah well neither are you." He says chuckling. "Why are you in here?" I say demanding to know why a stranger is in my room. "First, why is your coat that color?" He says acting like we are long time friends. "One you need to get out of my house and two I don't need to explain anything to you. I say with growl at the end. "Listen your my mate and I really like you." He says getting close. My mate? Who does this guy think he is? 'Well he is kind of cute and tall and he likes your coat.' Eva says. 'We don't even know if he does' I say back. "We are not mates, and nor are you my friend." I say but the thought itches my mind. The boy in the forest, instant love.... Why does that ring a bell? "Really?" He says getting closer. I try to back away but Eva urges me forward and I am too tired to fight it. "I know we just met but doesn't feel weird to know That you like me and I like you." He says. Its true I do like him, the way he feels, what he says, everything. "Then why do I get the feeling your going to mess my whole life up." I say looking up at his grey eyes. I realize that in the grey there is purple. He has my color in his eyes. "Life is a rollercoaster but its up to you to make the best of it." He says. " Isn't that from a book?" I say laughing. From there we fall asleep telling each other lines of books and songs and other things. But as I sleep I still can't shake the feeling of what's about to happen.
