I now weigh 195 lbs. I'm skipping ahead just so I can let you know that I AM STILL TRYING and I am getting closer to my goal each and every day. Let me tell you it's not easy and it is not something that will happen over night or by skipping meals. It's a lifestyle. Yes I'm sure you heard that before because I have 100x. It's September 5th and I'm still on the road to success. Still on this long journey. Now let me go back and tell you how it all went down...
