Chapter 4: Questions

"I hear voices", Galadriel thought to herself.

The headache was gone and she was slowly beginning to wake up. The voices were many and weak, like whispers, so she couldn't really hear what they said. She heard a few words like "okay", "who" and "girl", but other than that, just murmurs. She slowly started to open her eyes. Her vision was a bit blurry, but she could see the shapes of 5 human like figures standing next to her.

-Look, Gaara, she's waking up!, a male voice said.

Gaara... hasn't she heard that name before? She opened her eyes and looked around. She was laying on a bed in a bright room , surrounded by strangers. Three of them looked like they were in her age. One girl and two boys.

The girl had blonde hair and was wearing a black dress with a red belt .She also had some kind of white fan on her back, probably her weapon. She was looking at Galadriel with a serious look on her face.

One of the boys had his face covered with purple face-paint and was wearing black shirt and pants and a funnylooking, black "cat-eared" hood. He was looking at her, smiling. She didn't smile back.

The other boy looked at her with his arms crossed over his chest, his sea foam eyes showing no emotion. He was pale and had spiky, red hair. He was wearing a red coat, black pants and had some kind of big gourd on his back. He didn't have any eyebrows and his eyes were surrounded by black "face paint", making Galadriel think of a raccoon.He was kind of cute, though.

- Ugh.. where am i?, Galadriel said and sat up.

- You're in the Hidden Sand Village, the cat-boy said.

-The Hidden Sand Village?, Galadriel said confused. She had no idea where that was.

-Yeah. Gaara found you passed out in the desert. What were you doing there anyway?, the boy said. He started to walk towards her, but then the redhead grabbed his arm forcing him to stop.

-Leave her alone, he said said with a cold, raspy voice that send chills down her spine. She could tell this was a dude you didn't want to mess with. He then let go of the boy's arm and turned towards Galadriel.

-Who are you?, he asked while looking into her eyes.

- My name is G-galadriel Stormblade, she said trying not to stutter. Man, this guy made her nervous.

-What are you doing here?Hes eyes continued to stare into hers.

- I don't really know.. i woke up in a cave and tried to find a way out. And when i came out i found myself lost in the desert, she said looking him in the eyes. It felt like he was staring into her soul.

- What village are you from?

- What?, she said. What did he mean? She didn't understand.

- I asked what village you are from. Now answer, he said with a serious voice.

- I uh.... im from... from...,she went quiet.

Galadriel thought for a second:

" Hm... Where was i was born? I can't remember. Wait ... wasn't it ... ?No, not Riverwood... To be honest, i can't remember anything from my childhood.By Talos, why are they staring at me that way? It's making me nervous. Damn it, i have to come up with something fast", she thought.
