When Percy was asked to be a god he said yes but him and annabeth were still able to be in a relationship. So when they were old enough to have kids as the child of a god the kid had a rightfull place at Camp Halfblood. So Annabeth designed and Leo built a new cabin for him to live in. To sum it all up Percabeth had a cabin at camp half-blood.
