Little do you know I have a secret I'm struggling to hide
It is show across my wrists and covers my thighs.
The lines across my skin are the reason why I never wear that shirt I just had to buy.
Little do you know the sadness inside. But you would probably see if you bother to take the time
The pills in my draw and the hole in my heart, the letter in my had saying 'I want to give you a brand new start'
You may think I'm selfish, hell I do to. But I can't live my life always lying to you.
Little do you know the fight I fought for to long. But today the fight ended when I was finally gone.
