Chihiro's POV

I wake up and take a hot shower. Its been a week since our school trip and i just cant stop thinking about Haku.

I've never seen him like that. He looked so vulnerable.

I cant help but fan girl. He looked soooooo cute! I know i shouldn't think of him as cute when he's crying but i cant help it.

I walk out of the shower. Oh, i must have forgotten my cloths in my room.

I wrap my towel around my body and walk out. Smack! I fall.

What the hell!? I look up to see the absolutely last person i want to see when im only in my towel.

Haku. His face is bright red. I can feel mine warm up and i imagine steem coming out of my ears.

I admit it. I panicked. So i screamed, ran to my room and slammed the door.

Ugh, im so stupid.

Time skip

Haku and i are eating breakfast. Very awkwardly.

"Um Chihiro?" Haku asks. I look at him and say "Whats up?"

"I got a note from my mom today. Her birthday is coming up and she is throwing an underwater ball. Anyways, she invited me and i was wondering if you would like to come too?"

His mom? He's never talked about his parents before. I would really like to meet them.

Wait! Hold on! Is he asking me what I think he's asking? Is he asking me out on a......... date? Oh my glob!! I'm super excited.

"Yes! Absolutely! I would love to come!" He smiles in relief.

Time skip

I ended up telling my parents there was another school trip. I'm currently packing my suitcase. Hmmm, he said we would be staying there for probably about three days.

What should I wear to a ball?! I mean, no one has balls nowadays. Do I have to wear one of those puffy ballroom dresses like they did in the old days? Gross, there is no way I can walk around in that. Knowing how clumsy I am, I'll definitely trip on my own feet and fall.

I hear someone knock on my door followed by a " May I come in?" So I say "Yeah Haku. Come on in."

"Hey, I forgot to tell you something. About the ball, my mom will probably have some sort of theme so we will find out what the theme s before we buy our outfits." A theme? Haku's mother sounds sorta strange. But then again, who isn't in the spirit world?

"Oh ok. That saves me a lot of trouble from having to choose one from the wardrobe I have now. Wait, when where you planning on telling me? What if I had already bought an outfit just for this occasion?" I accuse Haku.

Haku looks down in shame like I just scolded a puppy. He's so easy to tease. I giggle and he looks back up at me curiously.

"Jeez. I was just teasing you. You can't take everything I say so seriously."

"Oh." He says with a "wow ur an idiot Haku" expression written all over it.

I can't help but to giggle again.

"Also, Chihiro, I have a surprise waiting for you when we get there. So look forward to it." He says. A surprise?

"What kind?" I ask him.

He smirks. Uh oh. He brings his finger to his lips in a very seductive way and winks. "Now if I told you that, then it wouldn't be a surprise." And with that he leaves and shuts the door.
