I wake up and I can't see a thing. "Hello!? Can anyone here me!?" I yell. I here some rumblings in the corner. "Who's there? Jamey? Tay? Is that you guys?" I yell louder. A flashlight drops down and hits the floor. It's on so I can see it. I craw over to it and snatch it and scooted myself back to the wall. I shine the flashlight all around the space I'm in.
I'm looking for a way out. I shine the flashlight in the corner where I heard the noise. I see Tay. "Tay!!! Tay!!! Can you hear me? Wake up!!!" I scream. "Va-Val is that you?" She grunts out. "Yeah it's me! Are you okay!? Where's Jamey!?" I say fast. "Yeah I'm okay. I'm not sure where Jamey is." "Jamey!" We both yell.
I see a light. I shine my flashlight to the space where the light is. There's a little space. "Tay, that's a door! Let's try and get out." I say with a strong tone. We jump up and race over to the door. "It's locked, Val. Now what? She asks while yanking on the door handle. "Let's just keep trying. "I'm pulling on the door knob, then I see a shadow in the middle of the light.
"Tay, someone's at the door." I whisper scarcely. We run back to a corner holding eachother tightly. The door whips open and we scream. We see the shadowy figure standing just twenty feet away from us. We're shaking. The figure throws a large object in the room then slams the door shut. I race over to the thing it threw.
"Oh my God, Tay! That's Jamey!!" I motion to Tay to come over here. "Jamey can you hear us? Jamey? Wake up Jamey! Jamey! Jamey!" No responce. "Is she alive?" Tay asks sadly. "I'm not sure. I hope so." We wait sitting beside Jamey. I hear a phone ring. "Tay, that's Jamey's phone!" I reach into her coat pocket and pull out her phone. I dial Jewls's number. "Jewls! Can you hear me!" "Yeah I can hear you, where are you guys, it's been over and hour?" "Help us. Something has us locked in a room. It took our phones, but not Jamey's. Call 911! Come help us!" The phone dies before Jewls could respond.
Hopefully and contacts the police. "What do we want to try to get out again or wait for her to wake up?" "Let's just wait." Tay says.
More and more time passes. "Man I'm hungry!" I say to Tay. "Me too. We should have ate first." "Yeah." I see headlights dance across the room. "Val, there's a window!" "Where?" "I'm not sure, but I just saw head lights go across the wall. If there's a window, maybe we can climb out." Tay says confidently. We stand up and look for a window. "There. In the corner." I say. "Here Tay, take this and go see if we can climb out of it. I'll stay here with Jamey." I hand her the flashlight.
Tay walks to the window and looks for the opening. "Hey, I opened it." She pokes her head out to look for a way down. "It looks like we're on the third floor. There's no way we're getting out of here until Jamey wakes up. There's a tall pine tree we can climb down, so there is a way out." I let out a deep breath and smile. "Great! Thanks Tay!" She comes back over and sits with me as I wait for Jamey to wake up.
