Ch.9 Magic Lessons Begin and Whats my Magic?

Today I was told to return to my own courtyard by my father. He told me that in the next coming days one of the grand elders will come to teach me magic. So thats what did, I stayed in my courtyard for 3 whole days before the grand elder made his appearance.

Yusuke POV - I was training my skills and then I saw and tall thin old man. He had long fading green hair that could almost touch the floor, a pair dark green eyes, a trapezoid shape nose. While wearing a square like hat that has a flat surface on the top of it with 4 wind chimes on each of its corners. He also was wearing a pair of glasses. The frame of it was made wood. He is also wearing a robe plain green robe and using some sandals, while carrying a wooden staff. When I look at him all I see is a tree.

Grand Elder POV - Its been a long time since I came to the palace. I never come in here unless I'm ordered to come here. Thorpath is a very scary man, probably one of the 5 scariest beings in all the continents. His strength is incredible, even his wife is powerful. In this continent their are at most 100 Ki Masters and shes one of them. Even I am only a Ki Practitioner, and have been stuck on this stage for countless years. Are bodies can't train constantly without rest and yet just those two have reach such high levels of Ki. Theoretically it may sound possible but in actuality its not. For example, I was born with high Ki condensation, but even through all these reach I haven't even reach Ki Master and am barely on Mid Ki Practitioner. Each stage has 3 stages stages low,mid, and high, but at this rate I won't even reach the High Ki Practitioner stage till 20 years from now. I guess this is what separates Ki genius and high Ki. Genius will reach Ki Master at around the age of 20-60 while high Ki users won't reach it till we reach the age of around 120-150 years. difference

Grand Elder - Hello child my name is Zoltan. I am going to be teaching you as much magic as I can for next year.

Yusuke - Hello Grand Elder. My name is Yusuke

Zoltan - Yusuke you can call me Elder Zoltan. I first need to get an item out of my interspacial ring. Wait a moment.

Takes out a crystal of of the ring

Zoltan - Yusuke I need you to make your Ki touch this crystal. This crystal will allow me to know what element fits you best.

Samaru - Okay.

Yusuke makes his Ki touch the crystal. The crystal's color starts to change from white to light blue. It stays like that for a few minutes

Zoltan - You can only use ice magic. Unlike me or most Sorcerer you only have one element. I can use most elements but my magic power in general only average for each. You on the other hand are have high compatibility with ice, but zero compatibility with any other element. This means that your going the have great success in ice magic, but this also means you can only train in ice.
